A comic version of Bread Flubs. The author Caroline Wolf Comics
considers these comics to be the true canon. It is a crossover of many cartoons, most that are very unpopular.
Toons Of A Feather provides examples of:
- Abusive Parents: Cricket's parents wanted to alter Cricket's brain to make him even smarter. This drove Jimmy to run away and take Cricket with him.
- Adaptational Nice Guy: Banana's father does more than simply accepting his son. He also wants to be a part of his son's life again.
- The Atoner: Jimmy Ron leaves his life of crime to care for his brother Cricket.
- Big Brother Instinct: When Fraz remembers Guapo, he wants to get revenge on whoever removed his memories of him, even though Fraz was angry at him the last time they talked.
- Burning with Anger: When SwaySway and Ronnie hug Fireball he gets angry with fire in the background.
- Deep Sleep: Pig is put into a deep sleep by a magic rabbit. He is stuck in a dream world where the others have to get him out.
- The End... Or Is It?: At the end of the first comic, Craig pops up and says it's just the beginning.
- Forgotten Friend, New Foe: When Fireball reunites with Ronnie and SwaySway they are happy to see him but he is furious because SwaySway hurt his feelings by laughing at him and never apologized and felt betrayed by Ronnie's shady business.
- Expressive Ears: Pig's ears drop when he's sad in these comics.
- Friendship Denial: Angry Old Raisin finally gets throught to Pig he doesn't want to be his fourth best friend, nor a friend at all.
- Grade Skipper: It's mentioned Cricket was so smart he skipped a grade twice.
- Haughty "Hmph": Jenny does this when SwaySway offers her a gift.
- Heel–Face Turn: Jimmy Ron Cricket stole from others to care for himself and Cricket, but he decided to stick to his life of crime simply because he enjoyed it, however he decided to give it up after realizing he was a bad influence on his younger brother.
- Jerkass Has a Point: Angry Old Raisin was a jerk when he told off Pig, but Cricket and Goat note he wants to be left alone.
- Laser-Guided Amnesia: Cricket reveals a scientist made a machine to wipe memories, but also that he studied a way to reverse the effects.
- Meaningful Name: Fireball has fire powers and a fiery temper to go with it.
- My God, What Have I Done?: Angry Old Raisin feels bad for telling Pig his friends don't want him around.
- Not-So-Forgotten Birthday: Pig feels his friends are ignoring him, especially after Angry Old Raisin tells him they are probably sick of him, but they are really setting up a birthday party for him.
- Playing with Fire: Fireball's ability is to breathe fire and turn into a raging ball of fire.
- Plot-Mandated Friendship Failure: Buhdeuce leaves SwaySway for Cumulus. But it turns out he was just under a spell.
- Puppy-Dog Eyes: When Cricket mentions his parents didn't want him and Jimmy anymore.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Raisin tells Pig he doesn't want to be his friend and his friends left him due to him being annoying.
- Rejected Apology: Buhdeuce rejects SwaySway's apology for ditching him for Jenny because he does this all the time.
- Tuft of Head Fur: Guapo and Fraz have these as opposed to the small strands of hair they have canonically.
- Was Too Hard on Him: Angry Old Raisin regrets being too harsh on Pig when he found out he was in a deep sleep.
