Wendie Jo Sperber (September 15, 1958 – November 29, 2005) was an American actress and activist.
She was best known for her roles of Amy Cassidy in Bosom Buddies, Dr. Tina Gassko in Bachelor Party and Linda McFly in the Back to the Future films. Some of her other credits include Private Benjamin (1981), Hearts Afire, Babes, Murphy Brown, Married... with Children, Home Improvement, 8 Simple Rules and American Dad! (which ended being her final role).
She passed away after a eight-year battle with breast cancer in 2005. She was 47. She is survived by her two children.
