Richard Binsley is a Canadian voice actor who has appeared in countless Canadian-produced animated series. He was especially prominent during the 90s and early 2000s, but is still active today.
His roles are numerous but he tends to be especially prominent in shows created by Nelvana. His most notable characters arguably include Basil Stag Hare on the 1997 Animated Adaptation of Redwall, Earl P. Sidebottom on Flying Rhino Junior High, Sir Blaze on Blazing Dragons, Mouse on My Friend Rabbit, Dr. Marbles on Cyberchase, and Mr. Nilsson on the 1997 Animated Adaptation of Pippi Longstocking.
