- Most of his stories have a protagonist who's a Kamen Rider, and borrow heavily on elements from that property.
- Most of his protagonists end up having a big loving family, lots of devoted friends, and a harem of loyal girlfriends.
- Seems to be big into shipping and coupling, bordering almost on Everyone Must Be Paired.
- Fix Fic: A semi-common premise for him and other writers he was friends with was to take an anime/video game with a sad story, and send in a superhero OC as the new main character to make things a lot less difficult and more happy for the characters.
- Storybreaker Teamup: Happened a lot in his older works, because of his fascination with the Kamen Rider series. That meant a lot of high-powered superheroes were introduced into a setting that wasn't about that before, and almost always led to the show being crossed over with reduced to a backdrop.
