David William Frederick Lodge, (19 August 1921 — 18 October 2003), was a British character actor.

He made his screen debut in The Cockleshell Heroes and would go on to appear in more films after, often Typecast into military or comedic roles.

Lodge also notably appeared in five Carry On films and several episodes of the TV series, Carry on Laughing!.

He passed away at the age of 82.
