Céline Monsarrat (born January 13, 1954 in Casablanca, Morocco) is a French actress, voice actress and stage director.

One of the most well known French dubbing actresses since The '80s, she's voiced most of the roles of Julia Roberts to this day (since her very debut in Mystic Pizza). She's also dubbed several roles of Lea Thompson (including Lorraine Baines-McFly in Back to the Future), Dana Plato (Kimberly Drummond in Diff'rent Strokes), Cheryl Ladd, Morgan Fairchild, Sissy Spacek, Melina Kanakaredes (including Detective Stella Bonasera in CSI: NY and Athena in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians films) and the late Anne Heche.

Animation-wise, she's voice Bulma in most things Dragon Ball, the Smurfette in The Smurfs, the eponymous character in Anastasia, Dory in Finding Nemo and Finding Dory, Batricia the bat in The Jungle Bunch, Kanga in Winnie the Pooh, the eponymous character in Clémentine and Madame de Réan in the Animated Adaptation of Les Malheurs de Sophie.

She was married to actor and voice actor Michel Papineschi, who's most famous for being the main French dubbing voice of the late Robin Williams. They have a daughter who also became an actress and voice actress, Alexia Papineschi.
