Barbara Tissier (born May 21, 1972 in Sarcelles) is a French voice actress and voice director.
At the age of 10, she appeared in Jean-Luc Godard's film Passion. One year later, she made her voice acting debut in the dub of the miniseries The Thorn Birds. She regularly dubs the likes of Cameron Diaz, Rhona Mitra, Julie Ann Emery, Jennie Garth and Raven-Symoné.
Her children, Camille Timmermann and Jules Timmermann, are also professional voice actors.
