General
- Badass Teacher: Many of the Victors and some Capitol folk following the Reclamation become dedicated mentors to their tributes.
- Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: Downplayed with many of the pre-Reclamation Victors who don't mentor anyone to victory between '63 and '74. They aren't specifically brought up till the 75th Hunger games, where the reaping visuals show who's alive and who's dead by the time. Justified because Christian's videos of them at the time only focuses on what happens *in* their arena, plus a very brief explanation of what they did afterwards.
- Mauve Shirt: Any post-Reclamation focus tribute who dies during the bloodbath or before the end of Day 1 is bound to be this. Justified because they're still given attention during the reaping and the pre-Games shenanigans. Examples include Marlene (86th Games) and Maryland (94th Hunger Games).
- Red Shirt: Any post-Reclamation non-focus tribute who isn't given a name. Or in the case of the District Games, any tribute whose last name isn't mentioned. They either die from some arena trap or become kill statistics for everyone else.
