The list of "Freaks" that appear in TF2 Freak Fight
Painis Cupcake

One of the first ever created Gmod freaks, as well as one of the most popular. He's even got his own page on This Very Wiki.
- Made of Iron: While he doesn't have a Healing Factor like Vagineer, he is incredibly durable and determined. He's even worse in his Super Mode.
- Super Mode: He has the ability to Uber-Charge himself when he's angry, making him stronger, faster, and scarier. He uses this ability after suffering a Curb-Stomp Battle at the hands of Vagineer.
- Taken for Granite: Snyphurr ends the Painis Cupcake VS Vagineer fight by turning Painis to stone. However, he eventually gets better, just like the other losers, as seen at the end of Intelligent Heavy VS Demopan.
- Too Dumb to Live: His intelligence tends to depend on the writer Depending on the Writer, but here Painis Cupcake's stupidity is listed as a weakness.
Vagineer

Another one of the first ever/most well known Gmod freaks. Depicted as a RED/BLU Engineer with a giant face that resembles that of female genitalia.
- The Unintelligible: He speaks "Vaginese"; in other words, "Backwards English".
Seeman

A classic freak, depicted as a RED Demoman whose main gimmick is to shout "SEE!?" at everything he takes notice of whilst sporting a comedic smile.
- Out-of-Character Moment: He's a bit angrier here than he is in most of his other appearances.
- You Don't Look Like You: He's BLU in TF2 Freak Fight, when in other works he's usually portrayed as RED. Justified in this case; If he was RED in the fight, it'd be difficult to tell him apart from his opponent, Dic Soupcan.
Dic Soupcan

Another classic freak, also depicted as a RED/BLU Demoman, perpetually drunk and prone to wild frenzies coupled together with surprisingly potent bomb-based superpower.
- Drunken Master: While Demomen in general tend to be badass despite the intoxication, Soupcan seems to weaponize being drunk off his bum.
Spyper
- Hybrid Monster: Spy's head on Sniper's body.
Christian Brutal Sniper
- Vile Villain, Laughable Lackey: His Spy sidekick isn't as interested in taking down Spyper as Christian Brutal Sniper is. The Spy even humping the air during the fight until Christian Brutal Sniper tells him to cut it out.
Intelligent Heavy
- Breaking the Fourth Wall: He seems to be aware of the text prompts showing up in the beginning and end of the fight.
- New Job as the Plot Demands: His various jobs allow for an unpredictable arsenal. Including being a cop and a firefighter.
- Paper-Thin Disguise: Briefly disguises himself as a BLU Engineer while still wearing his Stainless Pot. Demopan eventually sees through the disguise when the "Engineer" spoke in Heavy's voice.
Demopan
- Disproportionate Retribution: Intelligent Heavy politely declines to trade with Demopan. So how does Demopan respond? By trying to kill Intelligent Heavy.
Heavydile
- Never Smile at a Crocodile: Or rather, never smile at an obese Russian mercenary with the mannerisms and abilities of a crocodile.
Sewer Medic
- Weakened by the Light: Once the fight is taken to the 2Fort moat, Sewer Medic gets severely weakened by the sunlight, allowing Heavydile to claim victory.
