General/All Music Bugz
- Animate Inanimate Object: They’re all living, somewhat animalistic musical instruments.
- Arbitrary Headcount Limit: You can only use one Music Bug of each color per song.
- Cast Speciation: Notably averted, as sometimes multiple Bugz share the same instrument- Plucks and Strings are both violins, for instance. All four “Pings” and “Keys” all produce the same sounds, as well.
- Colour-Coded for Your Convenience: Melody Bugz are yellow, Harmony Bugz are green (although in practice the roles of “Melody” and “Harmony” are pretty interchangeable in this game), Bass Bugz are blue, and Percussion Bugz are red.
- Informed Species: “Bugz” obviously aren’t actually bugs, and don’t really look like insects at all.
- Xtreme Kool Letterz: “Bugz” is always spelled with a “z”.
