- Eye Patch Of Power: During first debut, В was quickly ran over by Д in a second; giving them a black eye which resulted in them having to wear a eyepatch
- Took a Level in Badass: In result of the series event, В appears to have change in personality along with appearances

- Big Bad: He is the villain in the series.
- Bizarre Alien Locomotion: He gets around like a car, making motor noises as he moves.
- Cyclops: He has only one eye on his face that makes up the hole on the letter he is based on.
- Then Let Me Be Evil: In episode "Я"— Д is shown to be friendly during their childhood just before К stopping by and purposely punting Р onto the ground then putting the blame on Д; which resulted in Д getting beaten then thrown into a cave

- Funny Animal: Ё is a lavender colored slug.
Ж (Zhe)
- Big Ol' Eyebrows: Ж eyebrows appears to be very thick
З (Ze)
- We Hardly Knew Ye: By the time he is introduced on screen, he is seconds away from being kidnapped by Д. He still commonly appears in Д‘s cave but does nothing in there but watch.
И (Ee)
- Mind-Control Device: A microchip is attached onto И's right eye, giving them the behavior of an assistant

- Animesque: Й gains anime eyes after transforming.
- Killed Off for Real: They die after being shot by Д near the end of “У”.
- They Wasteda Perfectly Good Character: Й had a pretty cool introduction during their first debut, just to sadly be killed off in episode “У”— They only had appeared as the focus in two episodes

- Animal-Themed Superbeing: К is able to switch from bug to non-bug.
- The Dog Wasthe Mastermind: Despite К somewhat being a supporting character, И was able to publicly expose К infront of everyone
- It Waswith You All Along: К is responsible for the events of the series.

- We Hardly Knew Ye: He is freezed by Д in “О”, just one episode after his debut in which he did nothing more than just enter Д’s cave. Later on in part 2 of “Э”, just as he’s about to be unfrozen, the letters unfreezing him get distracted.

- Crueland Unusual Death: In the very end of episode "Ь"— Р is shown to be nailed onto the wall
С (Es)
- Full-Conversion Cyborg: It is implied that С used to be a regular letter, due to their lowercase appearences in episode "Я" which shown them having a gauze wrapped around their wound. This might've implied С could've possibly died from their severe injury just before being built into a robot
Т (Te)
- Grievous Harm with a Body: Т has been used as a hammer to bludgeon С.
- Land Shark: Despite being a shark, Т is able to dig through the ground
У (Ooh)
- Cruel and Unusual Death: It is been confirmed У died from having a glued blindfold attached onto his eyes.
- We Hardly Knew Ye: He is kidnapped in his titular episode.
Ф (Ef)
- Gadgeteer Genius: He knows how to make various different gadgets and technology, such as a microchip for И, a ray that can unfreeze letters, and even revive С.
- Sympathy for the Devil: In episode " What's new? ", Ф is shown to be mourning Д after the discovery of Д's death.
- You Did Everything You Could: From episode "Ф" to episode "What's new? ", Ф had attempted to expose the truth by controlling И but instead arrived late after the death of Д

- No One Could Survive That!: Despite the laser hitting Х, his left eye was left blinded instead
- Stone Wall: To prevent Э from getting hit by the laser, Х throws themself in— which saved Э's life.

- Brainless Beauty: Despite Ц having pretty long lashes, she hasent really done anything other than curiously wonder around.

- We Hardly Knew Ye: Knocked into space by Д in his introduction episode.

- Non-Standard Character Design: He is drawn in the style of 8-bit video games, also having a bitcrushed voice to match.
- Voluntary Shapeshifting: Ъ is able to take shape of other letters ( along with mimicing their voice )

- Conjoined Twins: Ы is two separate bodies posing as one.
Ь (Myagkij Znaknote )
- Cyclops: Just like Д, Ь has one eye on their face.
- Ironic Name: Despite the name "Soft Sign", their personality isn't really soft.
- Red Is Violent: Ь is red and has always been seen angry.
- We Hardly Knew Ye: Quickly killed off in their introductory episode by Д, also killing Ж and damaging В, Ё, and Ы.
- Your Head A-Splode: Д ignites Ь like a bomb and explodes.

- Eyes Always Shut: Their eyes has been always like this, even during concept design.
Ю (Yu)
- Bystander Syndrome: Ю passes by while X is lying on the ground— in critical condition
- Open the Iris: Ю's right eye has always been huge— alongside the pupils

- Cyclops: Much like Д and Ь from before, Я too, has one eye.
- Early-Bird Cameo: Makes his debut in "Ч", but his full body isn't shown until his own episode.
- The Face of the Sun: Я is the Sun for the planet where Russian Alphabet Lore takes place.

- Cyclops: Being an alien, this would be justified.
- Little Green Men: He is an alien, and he is green.
- Starfish Language: He appears to communicate in beeps and boops.
Ꚗ (Shwe)
- Funny Animal: Shwe is a cat, sporting a white tip on the tail, and a cat mouth.
