PoI-9574 "Mother"
- Affably Evil: In the letter she sent to the Authority along with Bobo, she speaks very politely. Whether this is genuine or a mere act is up to debate.
- Ambiguously Evil: It's really hard to tell how evil she exactly is. On one side she created a toy that is completely harmless while on the other she created a toy possessed by a Serial Killer and sent him to the Authority with the intent to cause a mass containment breach.
- Ambiguously Human: It's implied that she isn't human, with Bobo even correcting himself after referring to her as "that woman" and saying "that thing" instead.
- The Ghost: So far the Authority has never faced her directly, dealing only with her creations.
- Hidden Agenda Villain: Nothing about her final goal is clear but according to Bobo, whatever it is, "it's gonna be big".
- Malevolent Masked Woman: Her symbol portrays her as wearing an opera mask. RPC-239 also describes her wearing that when he's asked how she looks like.
- Wicked Toy Maker: Turning a deceased Serial Killer into a Living Toy doesn't exactly make you look like the good kind of toymaker.
