The Witches of Chernabog

     Chernabog 
The black god of Bald Mountain from Fantasia.
  • Adaptation Origin Connection: Queen Grimhilde from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is descended from a coven of witches who worship Chernabog. Grimhilde herself used to live near his lair when she was a child until a mob of witch hunters chased the coven off-world.
  • Laser-Guided Amnesia: The Overtakers use the River Lethe to make him forget Jafar sealing him in the lamp when they need to install him as regent of Hell in The Odious Overtakers.
  • Sealed Evil in a Can: Is sealed inside a lamp by Jafar and Hook in All the Force of Evil as a combination of payback for eating Hook's heart in Quite A Glittering Assemblage and preventing any future betrayal.
     Borghilde 
Former Empress Witch and mother of Grimhilde

     Mammona 
The Empress Witch who took over as Grimhilde's regent following the death of Empress Witch Borghilde.
  • Back from the Dead: Resurrected by Mephisto in Every Villain Assembled Narrates.
  • Bad Is Good and Good Is Bad: Praises Grimhilde for murdering the witches assigned to keep watch over her following her failure to kill Snow White.
  • Neck Snap: How she dies in All the Forces of Evil.
  • Regent for Life: She was originally only supposed to lead the witches of her coven until Grimhilde came of age, but managed to remain in power even after Grimhilde came of age.

     The Blackguard 
A Blackguard in the service of Empress Witch Mammona who functions as her enforcer.
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: Serves as a warrior of darkness for a coven of evil witches, but genuinely loves his son and is distraught when the Overtakers kill him.
  • No Name Given: Is only ever referred to by his occupation.
  • Outliving One's Offspring: His son is killed by the Overtakers when they raid the Tower of the Black God in All the Forces of Evil.
  • Small Role, Big Impact: Only appears in a few scenes, but his actions following the death of his son both in killing Cruella and in persuading Mamona to ally herself with the Great Old Ones have major repercussions on the story from that point forward.
  • Taking You with Me: Kills Cruella de Vil in order to take one of the Overtakers down as he dies in All The Forces of Evil.

     Karazool & Andros 
A pair of wizards whose businesses selling magical services and cures serves as Mammona's primary financial support.
  • De Powered: Stripped of their magic thanks to the Overtakers' manipulations.
  • Rivals Team Up: In the past, they were business rivals, but by the time the Overtakers encounter them, they've buried the hatched and merged their businesses together into a single venture.

Other Villains

     The Professor 
The leader of Radiant Garden's criminal underworld when the Overtakers begin their rise to power. Soon after revealed to be Professor Ratigan, the main antagonist of The Great Mouse Detective.
  • Always a Bigger Fish: Despite his reign of terror on the streets of Radiant Garden, he's only a small fry in the midst of the Overtakers' cosmic scale plotting, and easily suborned to other villains like Fish and Daken.
  • Berserk Button: Just like in the film, he despises being called a rat.
  • The Man Behind the Curtain: Uses an elaborate hideout and and animatronics to pretend that he's a human.

     The Mandarin 
The leader of the Ten Rings from Loki and Doom's Earth, he now operates across multiple worlds attempting to awaken the Great Old Ones.
  • Backstab Backfire: Attempts to steal the Old Ones' powers and quickly gets killed for it.
  • Big Bad Wannabe: Tries to be a major threat in All the Forces of Evil but is ultimately just a pawn of the Great Old Ones
  • Genre Blind: Assumes that the Great Old Ones are all under his control, not realizing that he's nothing more than their pawn.
  • Killed Mid-Sentence: Killed in the middle of declaring his own victory.
  • Off with His Head!: Decapitaded by Mr. Negative during the climax of All the Forces of Evil.
  • You Have Outlived Your Usefulness: Mr. Negative kills him when he attempts to steal the powers of the Great Old Ones.

     Nicnevan 
A fairy queen from Scottish folklore who rules the Unseelie fae.
  • Bad Is Good and Good Is Bad: A common trait for the Unseelie fae in general. Her response when Hades threatens to burn her castle down if she insults Maleficent again is to tell her daughter that she approves of her choice of husband.
  • Strong Family Resemblance: Is based on early concept art of Maleficent and is noted to have had the same green skin when she was younger.
