Contestants
A softball that got introduced in "Speedy or Sporty" and eventually joined in "Whether da Weather"
- Non-Indicative Name: He's actually a softball, not a baseball. This was established when he first appeared in "Speedy or Sporty."
A pair of twin-sister cherries, with one of them being brighter in color than the other. Alongside Cookie, they joined the game in "Keep on Coloring."
- Always Identical Twins: Apart from their colors.
- Conjoined Twins: Joined at the stem.
A chocolate chip cookie. Alongside the Cherries, he joined the game in "Keep on Coloring."
A fuse bomb who was previously a rather unlucky advertiser before he finally became a contestant in "Whether da Weather."
- An Arm and a Leg: Bomb cuts his arms off in his advertisement from "There's Never Too Much Snow."
- Butt-Monkey: He's suffered a loss of arms and suffered second or third degree burns in his mouth because he drank a cup of lava.
- Cartoon Bomb: Exactly what he is.
- Early-Bird Cameo: He appears in advertisements prior to his contestant debut.
- Non-Indicative Name: Despite being called Dynamite, he looks more like a fuse bomb.
- The Speechless: Thanks to the lava burning his mouth in his advertisement in "The Red Diamond," causing him to get recovered with damaged vocal cords.
A flashlight and one of the original ten contestants.
- Fatal Flaw: It turns out she can be a Competition Freak. In "The Puzzled Path," she cheats by using Leaf as a propeller. Unsurprisingly, she was eliminated, thus being the first out post-merge, because of this.
- Cloudcuckoolander: Very silly and crazy.
A ball of sticky blue gel and one of the original ten contestants. He was also the leader of the Ever Glue Six.

- Berserk Button: When she tries to go for a perfect during challenges, she can rage out when she loses. This was shown in "Whenther da Weather," but this caused her elimination in the next episode.
- Fatal Flaw: In "Whether da Weather," she gets upset that her snowman, which she was trying to perfect, did not win and is thus so angry she decides to rip a tree down. That ultimately caused her elimination in the next episode.

A ball of obsidian comprised of two people who share the same body (Ying being black, and Yang being white) and one of the original ten contestants. He got eliminated through contestants vote in "Keep on Coloring," which initially scored him 10th placenote , but he rejoined the game in "Duo vs. Dual," and is currently competing.
- Continuity Snarl: A lot of contradiction goes into what Taoism is made of. "Jello is Never Difficult" first tells us that he is made of glass, but later episodes say he's made of stone. "Speedy or Sporty" would tell eventually tell us he's made of obsidian.
- Expy: Any Inanimate Insanity fan can point out that he's this to Yin-Yang, considering the similar personalities and gimmick.
- Gem Heart: He had one in "The Puzzled Path," but it was retconned in "Speedy or Sporty" when he explains to the viewers that this was an Off-Model error.
- Jerkass: Yang.

- Right Way/Wrong Way Pair: Ying's the nicer one, and Yang's the mean one.
- Sharing a Body: Ying and Yang are stuck together in one body.
Humans (Supporting)
- Medium Blending: Rather than 2D like the objects, the humans are all animated in 3D.
