Foxy the Pirate
The main character of the story, an animatronic pirate fox who tells his tales in Pirate’s Cove. His stories are guaranteed to be filled with action, adventure, danger, mystery, and possibly even a little romance. As such, he’s a favorite amongst children. Foxy seems to have feelings for a certain robotic chicken…
- Eyepatch of Power: Averted. While he may have an eye patch, he still has both his eyes, and he can actually pull the eye patch up in case he needs them both.

Fridge Brilliance: Sailors actually did this in real life, putting an eye patch over a non-damaged eye to keep it adjusted to the low-light conditions below deck.

- Half-Dressed Cartoon Animal: He wears pants and an eye patch, and that’s pretty much it.
- Hook Hand: His left hand is little more than a plastic hook.
- Ninja Pirate Robot Zombie: Or rather, animatronic story-telling pirate fox.
- Pirate: Obviously.
- Talk Like a Pirate: Yar, Foxy always be talkin’ like this, me matey!
- Twice Shy: He has feelings for Chica, and Chica has feelings for him. Sadly, it doesn’t seem either has the guts to tell the other…
Freddy Fazbear
The face of the establishment, the leader of the band, and the main character when it comes to their stage shows, it’s Freddy Fazbear!
- Accessory-wearing Cartoon Animal: He wears nothing more than his tophat and bowtie.
- Alliterative Name: ‘’F’’reddy ‘’F’’azbear.
- Beary Friendly: He loves kids.
- Punny Name: Freddy sounds an awful lot like Teddy, and combined with the ‘bear’ at the end of Fazbear, that makes Teddy Bear, which is what Freddy is based off of.
Chica the Chicken
A shy chicken animatronic, she serves the role of both waitress and backup singer.
- Accessory-wearing Cartoon Animal: She has a bib that says “LET’S EAT” and nothing else.
- Animals Not to Scale: Despite being based off a chick (Thus, her yellow color), she’s the same size as the others.
- Big Eater: Justified in that she’s based off a baby bird, and as such, would need extra nutrition to grow.
- Bilingual Bonus/Punny Name: Chica means chick in Spanish. Chica is a chick in both senses of the word (a ‘chick’, meaning female, and ‘chick, meaning baby chicken).
- The Smurfette Principle: She’s the only female character in the establishment.
- Toothy Bird: Has teeth in her beak for reasons unknown.
- Twice Shy: Foxy loves her, and she loves Foxy, yet neither is willing to admit it.
Bonnie the Bunny
The guitarist of the band, a big purple bunny.
- Accessory-wearing Cartoon Animal: The only clothing he’ll ever wear is his bright red bowtie.
- Gender-Blender Name: While a gender-neutral name, Bonnie is more often used as a girl’s name, even though Bonnie himself is male.
- Palette Swap: Perhaps due to budget cuts, or simply laziness on Mr. Fazbear’s part, most of Bonnie’s parts are simply a purple version of Freddy’s. The only real changes, aside from the color, are his ears and tophat-lessness.
- Punny Name: Bonnie is pronounced very similarly to Bunny.
- The Power of Rock: He wields his guitar with pride.
- Red Eyes, Take Warning: Averted. His eyes are red, but he’s still a kid-friendly character
