Ren Akiyama / Kamen Rider Knight

Portrayed by: Satoshi Matsuda (live), Satoshi Fujita (suit)

  • Adaptational Heroism: Due to the fact he has nothing to gain and latent memories of Shinji, he is determined to end the war peacefully this time.
  • Big Damn Heroes: He arrives at the end of Episode 1, stopping Asakura from killing a defenseless Shinji.
  • Dual Wielding: During his fight against Ryuga, he uses both his Dark Visor and Wing Lance.
  • Heroic BSoD: His reaction to killing off Kamen Rider Abyss. He freaks out in an anguished tone as he has never forgotten his fear of killing people.
  • Heroic Sacrifice: He moved Shinji away from Asakura's final attack, only to get stabbed by the latter.
  • "I Know You're in There Somewhere" Fight: He spends a good part of Alive A Life fighting Ryuga to get the real Shinji back after he got his memories back.
  • These Hands Have Killed: His reaction after killing Kamen Rider Abyss, which causes him to have his Heroic BSoD.

Goro Yura / Kamen Rider Zolda

Portrayed by: Tomohisa Yuge (live)

  • Fake Defector: Part 3 reveals that he has faked working with Asakura as he planned on taking the latter out when he had the chance.
  • Legacy Character: He may be this, as the original Zolda, Shuichi Kitaoka may be dead in this continuity.
    • This is almost certainly the case. Kitaoka's cancer was already terminal when he entered the original Rider War meaning that Shiro's erasure of the war from history did nothing to prevent him from succumbing to his illness. Furthermore, one of the buildings shown in Rider Time Ryuki is named after Kitaoka, indicating his passing.
  • Supreme Chef: Now personally cooks to Asakura.
  • Undying Loyalty: He's still loyal to Kitaoka but due to missing his memories, he thinks Asakura is his master and thus the subject of his loyalty.

Takeshi Asakura / Kamen Rider Ouja

Portrayed by: Takashi Hagino (live), Jiro Okamoto (suit)

  • Beard of Evil: He has grown a goatee since his last appearance in Ryuki.
  • Big Eater: The only reason he's working with Goro right now is because Goro is a good cook.
  • Blood Knight: His reaction to the Rider Battle starting anew is this.
  • Near-Villain Victory: After Ryuga was exorcised from Shinji’s body, leading to a final fight between Shinji and Ren, he still managed to gather enough energy to fight against the two and kill Ren. If he hadn’t succumbed to his injuries, he would have killed Shinji, who was too shocked from Ren’s death to move, and won the Rider War.
  • Rasputinian Death: Part 3 shows him hit by Knight's Final Vent and blasted by Zolda's Shoot Vent and yet he still remains standing. It isn't until after he stabbed Ren when he kicks the bucket.
  • Ripple-Proof Memory: Unlike everyone else, he retains his memories, but it seems he only has the memories from the original Ryuki timeline as he doesn't remember his current relationship with Goro.
  • Took a Level in Badass: Despite being 17 years older, he’s arguably stronger compared to his original self in his home series. He never gets the chance to steal the contract monsters of Tezuka and Jun to form Genocider, thus depriving him of his greatest weapon, but he makes up for it with improved combat skills that allowed him to fight Ryuga equally. This is VERY impressive as Ryuga effortlessly defeated Asakura during their first meeting in Episode Final.

Miyuki Tezuka / Kamen Rider Raia

Portrayed by: Hassei Takano (live)

  • Adaptational Villainy: In his home series, he is second most heroic rider alongside Shinji. Here, he even had the audacity to betray Shinji and his team by switching sides with Jun's group and he even crossed the line by letting his Contract Monster Evildiver devour the new Imperer. Later, he casually murders Ishihashi too.
  • Face–Heel Turn: He betrays Shinji and his team, siding with Jun's group. Then he has Evildiver devour Ishida alive.
  • Love Makes You Evil: He was manipulated by Shibaura into thinking that they are dating, seemingly prompting his actions in switching sides.
  • My God, What Have I Done?: After Shibaura mortally wounds him, he remembers what happened in the original Ryuki timeline and regrets betraying Shinji.
  • Redemption Equals Death: Just before he dies, he returns the Verde deck to Kimura along with Shinji's deck.

Jun Shibaura / Kamen Rider Gai

Portrayed by: Satoshi Ichijo (live)

  • Adaptational Sexuality: In this web series, he is portrayed as a depraved gay man who was obsessed with Tezuka.
  • Asshole Victim: He received his comeuppance by being killed by Ryuga's Dragon Rider Kick.
  • Depraved Homosexual: He might be manipulating Tezuka but he's happy to sleep with him either way. And he's one of the most disturbed and deranged characters in the war, only surpassed by Dark Shinji and Asakura.
  • Manipulative Bastard: Word of God states that he took advantage of Tezuka's fuzzy memories of his lover to gain his loyalty.
  • Meaningful Name: Unintentional, but with his newfound gayness here, his Rider name "Gai" became surprisingly appropriate to him note
  • Yandere: He wants to kill Tezuka so then Tezuka will only be his.

Dark Shinji / Kamen Rider Ryuga

See his entry in Another Riders.

    Kamen Rider Odin

Portrayed by: Tsuyoshi Koyama (voice), Hirotsugu Mori (live/suit)

  • Big Bad: The closest the spinoff has to one, as per his home series by extension. He manipulated Another Ryuki into murdering lives in the real world under the false hope of saving Sara, when in fact this is heavily implied by the end to be yet another one of Shiro Kanzaki's attempts to revive Yui through him.
  • The Faceless: The audience never gets to see his face. Though it's all but outright stated he's Shiro Kanzaki himself.
  • Fake Shemp: While he is strongly implied to be Shiro Kanzaki, he is portrayed with his face hidden and a different voice, due to Kanzaki's actor Kentaro Kenzakibaki retiring from acting in 2007.
  • Hijacked by Ganon: Besides showing up to overthrow and brainwash Another Ryuki, his final words imply the second war was yet another attempt to revive Yui by Shiro.
  • The Man Behind the Man: He manipulated Tatsuya/Another Ryuki into starting his murder game in the real world for Sara, gathering all the lives he murdered into a mysterious crystal.
    • However, his last words implies the crystal may not have been for Sara at all, and the reverse of this trope may be true if he is indeed yet another puppet of Shiro Kanzaki.
  • True Final Boss: The final opponent Zi-O and Geiz had to face off after defeating Another Ryuki for good.

New users

    Ishihashi / Kamen Rider Scissors

Portrayed by: Ken Nakajima (live)

  • Jerkass: He admits he enjoys beating those that can't fight back.
  • We Hardly Knew Ye: Downplayed that while he survives the first episode, at the start of the second, Tezuka and Shibaura stab him to death when they were eating.

    Tozuka / Kamen Rider Tiger

Portrayed by: Ken Sugawara (live), Naoki Nagase (suit)

    Ishida / Kamen Rider Imperer

    Kimura / Kamen Rider Verde

Portrayed by: Daichi Yamaguchi (live)

  • Eaten Alive: He gets cornered by three Mirror Monsters in Episode 3 and gets eaten by them.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Of Shinji's group. In episode 1, he coldly states the Rider war rule that the last surviving Rider will be the one to escape the Mirror World and that they'll have to kill each other eventually. But after getting his deck back in episode 2, he still fulfilled Tezuka's dying wish to see Shinji. He willingly returned Shinji's deck and warned Ren of Dark Shinji.

    Kamen Rider Abyss

Portrayed by: Kenji Tominaga (live)

  • Canon Immigrant: Previously a Canon Foreigner for Kamen Rider Decade, Abyss ends up being among the official Kamen Rider Ryuki cast.
  • No Name Given: Of all new users in the Mirror World, his real name was never revealed in this mini-series.
  • We Hardly Knew Ye: Abyss didn't have much screen time and ends up being used as a fodder by Knight's Hishouzan in the first episode.
