Shiroh Karasuba
The hot-blooded young kung fu guy with ridiculous hair. He studied martial arts under the same master as Barazock, and is presumably out for honor and justice and all that.

Kaede Minamoto
The traditionally Japanese fighter girl. She was taught martial arts by her father, who has now been kidnapped by Barazock.

Sanson Victoria
The cocky pretty boy whose entire family got killed by the bad guys. Has some pretty flamboyant alternate outfits.

- Dashing Hispanic: A Japanese-style twist on this trope, as he's a blond haired, fine-faced pretty boy.
- Expy: He's basically a heroic version of Claw from Street Fighter II, combined with Kim Kaphwan.

Mark Douglass
The tattooed biker guy whose girlfriend got kidnapped by the bad guys.

Hornet Grant
The big black man with borderline offensive cherry red lips. His brother is being held hostage, which is starting to seem like a fairly common theme in the game.

Silene Rambert
The aloof high society girl. Her partner agent was killed on an assignment (presumably while investigating Barazock), and she's out to finish the mission.

Yukiwo
The sewer-dwelling subhuman mutant. He wants to take revenge on Barazock for kicking him out of his gang.

Bernhard Sheler
The laid-back old guy with a giant quiff. Although he looks kind, he's actually the professional killer who messed up Barazock's eyes back in the day. He has been hired to finish the job and take him out for good.

- Faux Affably Evil: He acts like a gentleman but is quite sadistic, given how he laughs after some of his moves.

- Killer Rabbit: He looks like a kindly old man but is dangerous enough to blind Barazock.

- Stance System: His main fighting style is Karate. His sub-styles are Baguazhang, and Daito-ryu aikijujutsu.

Hoihoi
A bizarre fat man who's slathered in body paint. His wrestling moveset is actually different from the main characters.
- Anime Hair: Like Yukiwo, He has spiky antenna hair.
- Fat Slob: He's drooling in his profile picture, and his body is lousy with crudely applied body paint.
- Gonk: He's overweight and extremely ugly all around.
- Monster Clown: He appears to be one of these, given his outfit is best described as a mix between a professional wrestler and a circus clown.
- Nightmare Face: His face looks VERY freaky and unsettling, with his wild, bulging eyes and manic drooling grin.

Raoul Castellion
An aristocratic man who, like Hoihoi, fights with his own style of karate.
- Anime Hair: His hair resembles the wings of an eagle.
- Aristocrats Are Evil: He dresses extravagantly and has well groomed hair, implying that he is very rich.
- Eyepatch of Power
- Trash Talk: "It is better to be aware of your ineffectiveness."
- Voice of the Legion: His voice has a weird reverb to it.
- Wicked Cultured: He speaks in an eloquent manner and dresses in a classy way.
Dr. Wiz
He makes his opponent fight a mirror version of themselves in a psychedelic dreamscape and doesn't actually have any moves of his own. He's the only character that isn't playable for that reason.

- The Unfought: Wiz himself his unplayable.
- The Voiceless
Faraha Kahn
A mysterious woman who uses a personal style of baguazhang is characterized by constant and automatic sidesteps, which makes her hard to hit and gives her plenty of opportunities to punish you from the rear. Apparently one of the most basic forms of baguazhang is called circle walking, so her fighting style might be accurate.
- Ambiguously Human: She has blue skin, which may or may not be her natural skin tone, and doesn't speak at all, these two facts, combined with her overall mysteriousness can lead some to doubt about her humanity.
- Amazing Technicolor Population: Her skin is a bright capri tone, and her secondary costume gives her a pink skin tone.
- Dark Action Girl: She's the sole female boss in the game.
- Mechanically Unusual Fighter: She doesn't move left or right and instead paces around her enemy in a circular formation, has a slight delay before she stops moving, also, pressing the Special Button just causes her to move, and she can't dodge with it, but she can grapple.
- Mysterious Past: She's apparently from India, according to her official backstory, but everything else about her is a mystery, aside from her being in love with Barazock.
- The Voiceless: She doesn't speak or shout during the fight or after.
Leon Barazock
After Bernhard took his eyesight, he developed an insane hatred of all martial artists. Killing and kidnapping their loved ones is probably just his way of coping with it. His unique fighting style allows him to copy his enemy's moves as he gets hit with them.
- Anime Hair: Subverted. The only thing unusual about his hairstyle is that it is white.
- Awesomeness by Analysis
- Counter-Attack: One of his special moves is to get into a counter-attack stance, although it counter every attack.
- Fluffy the Terrible: His last name "Barazock" is a westernization of Barazoku, meaning Rosegang in Japanese.
- Freudian Excuse: Losing his eyesight to Bernhard drove him mad and caused him to enact vengeance upon the martial arts community.
- Handicapped Badass: He has no eyesight, and seems to be completely blind, given how his visor covers his eyes.
- Stripperiffic: H Is outfit exposes his entire chest.
- Symbol Motif Clothing: His outfit has the vague outline of a heart.
- Power Copying: He can copy the skills of enemies as he gets hit by them.
- Power Creep, Power Seep: He doesn't have the ability to preform his Power Copying as a player character.
- White Hair, Black Heart: He possesses long white hair and is the main villain of the game.
