A demon in charge of ensuring Nelgel the Netherlord is revived in the Reidametes Temple.
  • Back from the Dead: Despite his defeat in Version 1 of the game, he returns during the 10th Anniversary quest where he has Kate collect the Dark Key Emblems in order to revive Nelgel again.
  • The Dragon: To Nelgel the Netherlord. He's also one to Demon King Nerodus.
  • Flunky Boss: He's aided by Razukeepers during the Strong version of his fight, in addition to a Living Statue, a Grim Keeper, and an Alarmour during his Revived form's boss fight.
  • Hell-Bent for Leather: Wears a leather jacket with fur.
  • Status-Buff Dispel: Just like various midway story bosses, he uses Disruptive Wave to erase the party's buffs.
  • Third Eye: He's revealed to have one during the game's 10th Anniversary storyline, just like Nerodus.
  • Unwitting Instigator of Doom: During Nelgel's resurrection, he blows up the Reidametes Temple, which damages the shrine that sealed Pujyu, accidentally freeing one of Jagonuba's 7 Dark Deities and causing more problems down the line, such as creating an imposter of Sage Marine and stealing Kyronos's Shock Seed to open the Netherworld's doors.
    Zerudorado

The Demon Marshal aiding Maldragora in replacing Rendacia with his Fake Rendacia. He was also responsible for killing Toma, Anlucia's brother, in addition to making the Hero of Grand Zetannia lose her memory.
  • Casting a Shadow: Cast Kazammle during his boss fight.
  • The Dragon: To Maldragora.
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: Just like his boss, Zerudorado is revealed to have a child of his own, a daughter named Jilldrana, who he left behind in the Netherworld because she wasn't strong enough to master the manifestation of the Demon Sword.
  • Flunky Boss: Summons living copies of his weapon to fight alongside him with Magic Sword Call.
  • Shock and Awe: Casts Kazapstrophe during his boss fight.
  • Status-Buff Dispel: Uses Disruptive Wave to cancel the enemy party's buffs.
  • Stuff Blowing Up: Casts Kaboom during his boss fight.
    Pujyu

A jester that performs tricks for Gardlund's citizens... as well as disappearances and stealing for kicks. However, under those mischievous acts hides a more sinister side to him...
  • Bright Is Not Good: Wears colorful clothing and has a colorful ball to ride around on, yet he's an evil jester who delights in causing trouble and serving Jagonuba.
  • Chekhov's Gunman: He shows up various times throughout the game, causing trouble in the Ogre region and stealing a seed, though he turns out to be more important than the Hero and their allies could ever imagine...
  • The Dragon: Out of all the Dark Deities, Pujyu is Jagonuba's most trusted agent, aiding his master in freeing his body and fighting the Hero and their allies on his behalf.
  • Foreshadowing: There are several hints throughout the game that Pujyu is more than just a human jester with a knack for trouble.
    • After the Nadragle boss fight, he collects a strange seed with demon miasma. Later, the Hero collects a nearly identical seed after defeating Kyronos, which also has demon miasma.
    • During an Exposition Dump of Luciana and Jagonuba's battle through the ages, one of the Dark Deities is a grotesque clown-like turtle creature with a snake for a tail.
  • Master of Illusion: One of Pujyu's abilities is to turn the Cake God Doll into decoys of Marine and Anlucia to perform dirty tricks in his stead, such as kidnapping people and pushing the Hero off the hot air balloon during their retirement party.
  • Me's a Crowd: Creates duplicates of himself to aid him in a fight, as well as quick getaways.
  • Playing with Fire: Casts Kafrizz during the initial boss fight, as well as Kafrizzle in his Dark Deity form.
  • Sealed Evil in a Can: Pujyu was sealed in a holy temple years before the events of the game, but got out due to Razerburn blowing up Reidametes Temple, which damaged the shrine.
  • Shock and Awe: Uses Lightning Storm in his Dark Deity form to damage enemies while potentially paralyzing them and reducing their resistance to being paralyzed.
  • Snakes Are Sinister: The tail of his Dark Deity form, which is implied to have killed the Original Poppet Owner.
  • Villainous Harlequin: What he initially is, since the worst he does is cause disappearances and instigate a separatist crisis. By Version 5, however, his actions take a much darker turn, starting by opening the door to the Netherworld using the combined Shock Seed and later oneups this by fighting the Hero twice, the last of which is in his Dark Deity form.
  • Walking Spoiler: It's pretty impossible to talk about him without mentioning he's one of Jagonuba's Dark Deities and a major player in the game's story.
