Main Characters

    Chris Gordon
Main protagonist of the series.
  • Big Brother Instinct: Chris thinks of Declan as the little brother he never had.
  • Chronic Hero Syndrome: Chris really can't not help those in need.
  • Empowered Badass Normal: Chris had been hunting demons way before he got his powers.
  • Heinz Hybrid: Chris got his powers by ingesting Tanya's blood. He underwent some kind of genetic mutation that allows him to use vampire powers without actually becoming one. Chris became even stronger when he was injected with demon blood, which bonded to his DNA. So technically, Chris is a hybrid of human, vampire, and demon.
  • Purple Is Powerful: Chris' aura is purple/violet.

    Tatiana Demidova
Tatiana or "Tanya" to her friends is the female lead of the Demon Accords book series, and mate/girlfriend to Chris Gordon.
  • Battle Couple: Frequently with Chris Gordon, because both are primarily melee combatants with guns as a backup.
  • Honest Corporate Executive: Vampires tend to act like very pragmatic crime lords. Tatiana's place is running businesses that allow the vampires to become rich at low risk and gain all of the resources they need. Having lots of time for investments to come to fruition is regarded as an immense advantage. Later in the series, they also have an advantage of having a nearly omniscient AI helping them manage investments and identify good business opportunities.

    Stacia Reynolds
A former human who first appeared in Demon Driven before becoming a werewolf.
  • Hopeless Suitor: Stacia is initially very infatuated with Chris and is determined to get him to leave Tatiana for her. However, Chris is wholly devoted to Tatiana and Stacia eventually moves on when she realizes she's in love with Declan.

    Awasos
The offspring of the Norse wolf monster/god, Fenrir and a Kodiak brown bear.
  • Gentle Giant: Awasos is very friendly with most people, especially children.
  • Voluntary Shapeshifting: Awasos can shift back and forth between wolf and bear forms. He learns to shift into a hybrid form in Winterfall.

    Declan O'Carroll
Declan O'Carroll born Declan Irwin, of the Irish witch clan Irwin, is a witch/warlock that first appeared in Executable. He is a sophomore at College Arcane, a computer science major, creator of the Wytchwar Games, and an ace card for Chris Gordon and Tatiana Demidova.
  • Elemental Powers: Unlike other male witches or rather witches, period, Declan is a quad-elemental crafter.
    • Blow You Away: Has a very minor affinity for air.
    • Dishing Out Dirt
    • Playing with Fire: Declan's go-to element. He's skilled enough to manipulate heat on molecular level.
    • Shock and Awe: Declan can manipulate electricity, an ability derived from his fire and earth affinities.
      • Technopath: Declan's electrokinesis allows him to manipulate electronics to a certain extent.
  • Kung-Fu Wizard: Declan is trained in both magic and martial arts.

Demidova Corp

    Lydia Chapman
  • Annoying Younger Sibling: Plays this role with both Chris Gordon and Declan O'Carroll. It helps keep them grounded despite their immense power.

    Nika
  • Beware the Mind Reader: One of the strongest mind readers among vampires. Very helpful when her friend Tatiana did not speak. Often asked by the Coven to do interrogations. Her mundane role is as a corporate negotiator.

     Katrina Westing
Katrina is a bitter vampire trapped in the body of a 12-year old. Katrina has served the Coven through multiple wars and been cast aside for mistakes. She is a pretty girl, but has been looked at as a pariah by the rest of the Darkkin community.
  • Little Miss Con Artist: She was turned into a vampire as a 12-year-old and remains in that form for life. She uses her young appearance to fool people that she is getting information from, because children are generally ignored. Also, she uses it to con perverts. She often goes back to said perverts after the mission to ensure they are properly punished.
  • Not Growing Up Sucks: When we first see her, she has anger issues from being a 12-year-old forever.

    Arkady
Arkady is a vampire character that appears in the God Touched novel of the Demon Accords novel series.

College Arcane

     C.A.E.C.O.
Supersoldier who was raised in a lab and escapes the lab with her creator/mother around high school age.

  • Action Girlfriend: She thinks she is this with regards to Declan because she is the combat type and Declan is less so. She comments to someone after they break up that it led her to act in ways that are not conducive to being a good girlfriend.
  • Sacrificed Basic Skill for Awesome Training: On first meeting, Declan observes that she does not know much about kid stuff, but occasionally talks like his aunt who is a cop. Much of her character development is having normal young person experiences and relationships.
  • Training from Hell: When growing up, her training was like this. One time an instructor was effectively fired because his fighting style was too soft. Part of her character development is making professional choices that give her skills that are not so brutal and deadly.
  • Tyke Bomb: Created and raised to be a super-assassin. Later meets a Chinese equivalent who are a brother-sister pair.
  • Working with the Ex: She and Declan cross paths many times after they break up as she has the best understanding of Declan of anyone in government service. Generally, they are Amicable Exes. Her mentors are aware of the tension and conflict this causes and regularly check-in on her about this.

    Mac and Jetta Sutton
Teenaged siblings whose parents were murdered by a rogue werewolf pack.
  • Badass Normal: Successfully hunted down and killed most of a werewolf pack. Later Subverted.
  • Gun Nut: Always are prepared with an assortment of firearms. Necessary as Badass Normal in a supernatural world.
  • Winds of Destiny, Change!: Chris and Tanya speculate that the Mac and Jetta's continued survival despite the siblings' apparent lack of any supernatural powers is actually due to an ability that gives them just enough good luck to keep them alive.
