Death's Head and his 'siblings'
Death Wreck
- Flawed Prototype: Death Wreck was hastily built, on a reduced budget, so that Dr. Necker could prove that the Minion project proposals worked. His brain was stolen from an alcoholic vagrant. He's got Super-Strength and he's very durable, but he's not equipped with weapon systems, he's generally confused and he's slower, clumsier and noisier than his successors.

Charnel
Alter Ego: Wolfgang Von Strucker V
First Appearance: Death's Head II: The Wild Hunt #2 (February, 1992)
The descendant of Baron Wolfgang von Strucker, Baron Wolfgang von Strucker V is a Necromancer and Evil Sorcerer who used the body of the original Death's Head and sorcery to become Charnel. He duelled Death's Head II several times, becoming his Arch-Enemy.
- Ax-Crazy: As soon as he became Charnel, he immediately went out on a killing spree causing the world to become a wasteland for nothing more than For the Evulz and takes extreme psychopathic sadism in all of it.
- Arch-Enemy: The closest Death's Head II has to one, as they clashed repeatedly and Death's Head himself seem to have personal distaste for the guy.
- Arc Villain: of The Wild Hunt miniseries and Death³ (via his alternate timeline self).
- Bad Future: Causes one when he goes back in time, and ravaged most of the Earth with his demonic powers.
- Death³ shows what happens after he succeeds in conquering the world. He eradated most of humanity, turning the Earth into a barren wasteland where he rules as an Evil Overlord while having his monstrous minions go out slaughtering people on a whim.
- Cyborg Wizard: He fused himself with the robotic Death's Head's body with magic which is how he became Charnel in the first place.
- Conqueror from the Future: Conquered the Earth in the past after becoming Charnel, and turned the place into a dystopic apocalypse.
- Dystopia Justifies the Means: What he does to the Earth, or at least tried to do hadn't Death's Head II and co. stopped him. Once he gains supernatural powets, he turned the planet into a Crapsack World.
- Magitek: The robotic body of the original Death's Head (who had some magic involved in his creation anyway) plus the magical power of von Strucker.
