Yami
A secret organization built on Hagun Island three years after the "Hagun Island Rebellion". Yami consists of members related to Hagun Island and those who felt abandoned by their respective factions or species and now seek to wreak chaos across the Human World. In General
- Ambition Is Evil: Their ambition, at least from Arata's and Amatsu-Mikaboshi's angle is to create abundant chaos and despair throughout Japan to empower the Primordial God. Added onto this is Jun, who is a Chinese Warlord who desires to dominate the Chinese Faction, both the human and supernatural side, in addition to killing all the Chinese Gods using the powers he'd accumulated.
- Badass Army: Yami is composed of the worst of the worst from various factions, causing chaos across Japan through their smaller groups for almost well over a year, armed with advanced equipment created through the assistance of Exiled Dwarves. For example:
- Wu Jun and the Black Dragon Alliance, composed of warriors and Sacred Gear users from China, who have taken over numerous groups there.
- Equal-Opportunity Evil: Their group doesn't discriminate against who joins their organization, as long as they're the best and worst from their respective factions.
- Evil Army: To be honest, it's in their name, Yami, which translates as "Darkness".
Ordinals
Arata Himejima
A former member of the Himejima Clan, from the Five Principal Clans, is among the two responsible for the Amagiri Clan Massacre. He is the second potential host for the Shinto Primordial God, Amatsu-Mikaboshi, receiving his blessing.
- Abusive Parents: At least not to him, Arata's parents tried to murder Arata's younger sister, because she held a Sacred Gear.
- Combat Pragmatist: Arata isn't someone who loves fighting like those, such as Vali or Cao Cao, who takes on a more practical approach in fighting an opponent, using mental and emotional warfare to break their concentration.
- Fantastic Fighting Style:
- Shin'en Karate: Arata developed this new martial art karate by reviewing Amatsu-Mikaboshi's numerous times, before and after the beginning of Shintoism, witnessing of developments of Japan's ancient martial arts from the Gods and Humans, with its element being the divine-flames. All for the sole purpose to defeat Kensei Amagiri and surpass the Amagiri-ryuu.
- The Leader: As one of the Ordinals and being #1 in rank, he has supreme authority over the Yami. Arata commands and organizes Yami's military forces to an extent, almost flawlessly.
- Sacred Flames: Upon receiving the portion from Amatsu-Mikaboshi's divinity, his flames became divine flames, with their colors being crimson-black.
Wu Jun
An upcoming Chinese Warlord and Leader of the Black Dragon Alliance who's hailed as the Great Dragon Conqueror. Jun is a dangerous warrior and the possessor of the Sacred Gear, Thunder Emperor, who has consumed the heart of the strongest Lightning Dragon, Shanlong.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: Upon entering his Balance Breaker; Thunder Dragon Kongou Armor, he overpowered Lu Lingqi (who was also in Balance Breaker) to the point he completely outmatched her.
- Organ Theft: Jun stole the heart of Shanlong, the Strongest Lightning Dragon and Thunderbolt Dragon, then consumed his heart to gain the Dragon's power.
- The Dragonslayer: In the past, Wu Jun killed Shanlong, the strongest Lightning Dragon, having consumed his heart to become further stronger, influencing his body and soul.
- The Leader: As the leader of the Black Dragon Alliance, Wu Jun has supreme authority over his organization and its members. He later became Ordinal #2, holding authority in Yami and its lower-ranked members, but still (somewhat) answers to Arata, who is Ordinal #1.
- Red Baron: Great Dragon Conquerer.
Lancelot du Lac
The descendant of Sir Lancelot and inheritor of his soul, Lancelot is the older brother of Maria. He is the possessor of the Sacred Gear, Knight Shroud, and currently wields the Demon Sword; Arondight II.
- Black Knight: Black demonic armor made from his Sacred Gear; Knight Shroud, which he's casually seen with it.
- Cool Sword: Arondight II. The second version of the original Arondight. Forged as a Demon Sword, it has two distinct attributes, one being a Dragon Slayer and shapeshifting into whatever weapons he desires, making him versatile on the battlefield.
- Master Swordsman: Lancelot's swordsmanship is immense to the point he managed to overpower his sister Maria Lancelot, one of the Numbers of Kibou Alliance, and battling on par with his father; Galahad du Lac.
- Red Baron: The Black Knight.
Malik Norwood
A half-Devil and Magician from the Magician's Association, Rosenkreuzer, and the holder of one of Zirnitra Grimoire; Templum Akashic, which holds an encyclopedia for Spatial Magic.
Kurohime Amano
A Nekoshou, a rare species of Nekomata, Kurohime was locked up by the leader of the Nekomata, Magari for misusing Senjutsu and Youjutsu by taking in the malice from the world.

Amatsu-Mikaboshi
Amatsu-Mikaboshi is one of the oldest and most dangerous Primordial Gods in Shintoism,
- The Man Behindthe Man: Though Arata was revealed as being involved in the Amagiri Clan massacre, Amatsu-Mikaboshi was the true mastermind behind it; in an attempt to remove one of the thorns in his side, through turning their Golden Generation into Mazoku.
Taro Aoyama
Taro Aoyama
Taro Aoyama is the former leader of Hagun Island and the founder of the Gehenna Tournament.
- Hate Sink: The guy appears to be a somewhat generous young man, but in actuality, he is a selfish, greedy, and cruel individual without a conscience of his own even when it comes to using children if it means he could succeed in his goal. After discovering that the supernatural was real, he fell into despair before he eventually used all his family's money to the point of bankrupting them to build the Gehenna Tournament.
- Would Hurt a Child: Taro Aoyama, the man who created and runs the Gehenna Tournament, does not hesitate to physically and/or emotionally hurt any of the kids under his "care".
Hayashi Namikaze
Hayashi Namikaze
Hayashi Namikaze was the Commander of the Gehenna Guard and the most trusted warrior of Taro Aoyama. He was the one who killed Sakura Amagiri, the mother of Kensei Amagiri, and is later killed by the latter during the Hagun Island Rebellion.
- Combat Pragmatist: He has no qualms with using the weaknesses of his opponents to his advantage.
- Evil Cripple: He's been blind since he was born (which doesn't stop him from being a major threat). After his fight with Sakura Amagiri, he has numerous cybernetic implants, the most notable is his robotic left arm and leg, healed scars, and stitches.
- Evil Old Folks: He's in his fifties to sixties and works for a guy who forces children to fight monsters regularly.
- The Stoic: The guy doesn't show emotions. At all.
