• Believe it or not, Jerry and the audience got one during the Neo-Nazi episode. The audience, usually the loudest part of the show, actually shut up while confronting the guest. Jerry, who is always composed during his guests' most oddball moments, interrupted the audience, ordered them to shut up, and told August Kreis he'd like to 'beat the crap out of him'.^note Jerry Springer's Jewish, you see.
  • Even more awesome: Jerry goaded August into trying to hit him...and succeeded.
• One time, there was a dispute between a prostitute and her pimp. At one point, the pimp moves in to hit her and the security guards immediately crowd around him. Jerry, visibly angered, tells him that if she gets hit, he is going to jail. The guy backs off, but says that when they get home he'll beat her. One of the guards grabs him by the shirt collar, lifts him up off his feet and slams him against a wall, telling him that he will not threaten her. The audience goes nuts and gives him a standing cheer. It's awesome.
