Chapter 3: Decree

Rika: Welcome back!

Previously, we get the same backstory for the Dark Prognosticus. Beast Boy fights for Terra's love in a very sucky way. And he heads out after the Titans rightfully call him out on his bullshit.

So let's continue on with...

Chapter 3: A New Threat!

The chapter begins with the Titans realizing that Beast Boy is gone, and he left a letter. Starfire reads it, and when she gets to the part of the nice things Beast Boy did—pfft. Oh, Lord. Those derpy eyes Raven has.

And we have a bit of explanation as to where the "Tell Raven to TAKE THAT BACK!" part came from. Because before that, she says in a (presumably) snarky tone, "what nice things?" O...kay...

The Titans then realize how hard they were on Beast Boy, feeling guilty about it. I'm sorry, WHAT? They don't have to feel bad about it! It shows that they actually give a shit about his well-being!

This...this is Cyborg Davis V2.0.

So the Titans head off, but they don't have any luck. To the point where, after a few days have passed, nothing happens. Did they even think about tracking his whereabouts with his stuff?

The next day, the Titans are shocked to see a...oh, God, really? That's the best black hole you can ever make, Mykan? I mean...this is just lazy, making a hole and some swirly things in the middle.

But yeah. They encounter a black hole. And there's more! We encounter three unknown (and, for the most part, badly-animated and badly-drawn) villains. Who immediately begin to trash the shit out of the city. And we get our names for the foes: the girl who resembles a bad paint job of Starfire is Kamica, the knight thing from Ben 10 (forgot the actual franchise, sorry!) is Sir Vile, and not!Raven is Medeva.

As for the weapons and abilities, Kamica has a sword that shoots energy (no, really), Medeva breathes fire, and Sir Vile...controls electricity. Somehow. I'd like to think he has nanomachines for that. By the way, great effects, Mykan.

So, as you can expect, the city is in total danger. The Titans decide to forgo on their search and face the enemies, but as it turns out, they're a lot stronger. For they beat the everloving shit out of them.

I know what you're thinking. "Are they just a terrible trio, or is someone using them?" We'll get the answer soon.

As the villains mock them, and Sir Vile mentions the Dark Prognosticus, Raven becomes shocked. By the way, guys, putting a lock on the book would have worked damn well.

Also, I'm sorry, but apparentally...the Titans are so weak, and I quote, "they are barely able to fight a fly". Fight a fly—what?

The villains continue to wreak havoc, and they also chase Terra. Why?...I have no idea. She trips, finding herself in trouble...oh, and if she uses her powers, bye-bye normal life! I'm sorry...what? There's a time to worry about normal life and a time for—oh, fuck it.

But then. Someone calls for them to stop. Who is it? Some disembodied eyes. But really, it's the mooks' master. And Terra knows who he is. The mooks then decide to head back, heeding his warning. She doesn't understand why the mooks aren't fighting her...

Oh, but she knows who controls him. Who am I talking about? We'll get to it later on.

As the Titans head home to tend to their injuries, things go from bad to worse. Why? Not only did the mooks trounce them, but the most pathetic black hole ever is growing. Oh, and as you can suspect, the fucking Dark Prognosticus is gone.

Oh, and it gets even worse, if you can believe it! Because Starfire has received a message from her home planet, Tameran, and it's in danger. And the Titans are needed. Uh-oh.

Really, we might as well call The End of Ends by its new name. It Got Worse: The Fanfic.

And just when you think the bad shit stopped from there for now, oh, boy. Enter Beast Boy's old comrades, the Doom Patrol. As you can suspect, they have bad news as well.

Beast Boy is dead.

No. Seriously. Turns out that, as the Doom Patrol is scouting, they found his dead body. With, mind you, a fucking gaping hole in his chest. Blood from the mouth, blood from that fucking huge hole...yeah, it can't be deader than that.

Oh, and before they head to Jump City with his body, as soon as they found it, the body was gone. You guessed it, the Titans feel responsible for his death.

...

Excuse me. I have a wall that needs to be painted red. (slams her head into a...cloud) WHY ISN'T THIS WORKING?!

Ugh, never mind. (pulls out sake) Alcohol, I still drink to your health. (drinks)

Oh, and even Mento's attitude, and everyone else in the Doom Patrol is just as responsible. Except Elasti-Girl. Somehow. Yeah, don't ask too many questions, it's not healthy.

But one question still remains. How the hell did Beast Boy's body disappear like that? I would crack a joke about witch's barriers, but I have watched some of the shitfic before, as preparation.

After the Titans and the Doom Patrol head to Tameran, we fade into the interior of a creepy-ass castle. A man with a top hat, cape, mask, and full spandex bodysuit (aka the most fucking ridiculous excuse for a supervillain costume ever) appears. He turns his attention to the mooks. Turns out that the villain is Count Logan.

...

Spoiler alert: it's actually Beast Boy, all aged up and controlled by the Dark Prognosticus. (is booed) Oh, come on, like you can't see through that shit!

...

Hey, wait a tic. Beast Boy falls into despair when the love of his life breaks away from him. He stalks the shit out of her, trying to protect her. He dies, and then he's reborn as a villain. And the ultimate threat is something that destroys planets.

Even...even though this was made a year before its debut...this is Puella Magi Madoka Magica! IF IT SUCKED ASS!

(and then a certain character theme song plays as Rika continues)

It...all makes sense! Somehow, some-fucking-how, Mykan was able to predict some of PMMM's most well-known parts! Now all we need is a messiah-like character obtaining godly powers, and then we'd be set!

Anyway...where was I? Oh, yeah!

Count Logan is unhappy with the mooks' actions, and he already told him (somehow) that they're not supposed to harm Terra. I still stand by with what I said about Homura even calling him a psycho for being so damn obsessive over his own love.

The mooks apologize for their actions, claiming to be excited. Excited for what, you say? Well, excited because the plan's going smoothly. Turns out that the Dark Prognosticus has a prophecy, and it will bring all worlds to their ends. So...Count Logan is part-crazy-Homura, part-Kriemhild Gretchen after...ah, a certain powerful wish was made.

And then we have the last of the group, Dr. Beljar. I'd almost assume that he would be like Cyborg, since he, too, has mechanical parts. The doctor declares the plan to be a success, since the Void is unleashed. And the more energy they feed it, the larger it grows. Eventually, it would—you guessed it—grow to the point where every single damn universe would be obliterated.

...you have got to be fucking kidding me. I've roleplayed in several arcs with villains planning to conquer the Whateververse (a name given because...of so many universes). With it having a shitload (read: infinite) amount of universes, it's virtually impossible to destroy them all.

Oy.

Of course, it would mean the villains would live peacefully (I'm sorry, what?). Peacefully in their own, perfect world. So...the Void also creates their universe/world in their image? I just don't know how the fuck that's going to work.

Also. As Count Logan has the group disappear, he promises that if they succeed, he'll make their wishes come true. Well, let's hope that their wishes don't get exchanged for their souls, either!

The chapter ends with Dr. Beljar studying the master. Apparentally, he knows what his master's actually up to. So...he's the Starscream. Typical.

...

Didn't we already do the same shit in Power Rangers: Revolution with Malakar and Ebbie?

Anyway. Count Logan gloats over his apparent victory. Oh, but only if he knew what the hell's going on. And it ends on a cliffhanger with someone...shrounded in shadow, apparentally, planning to stop the foe.

So that's Chapter 3! Will our heroes defeat Count Logan? Who is that mysterious person? And what kinds of shitty special effects would we get next?

Find out next time on Rika Liveblogs Vs. The End of Ends!

Great job on the mock. Just to let you know, two of the mooks are from Where In Time Is Carmen Sandiego.

Wait, seriously? And I also used to watch that show when I was a kid and liked it over how freaking cool it was!

Oh, my God, and he named three of the mooks after the villains in the show. That's just...

Yep. Sir Vile, Medeva, and Dr. Beljar were all characters. And in the literary version of this story, the character Kamica is Jacqueline Hyde, yet ANOTHER character from "Where in Time". So yes; at one point, all of Count Logan's minions were stolen straight from Carmen San Diego.

I really wish I could correct my comments...I meant to spell Carmen Sandiego's name right.
