* FaceHeelTurn: Dragon Lee was attacked backstage, rendering him unable to compete at Wrestling/WrestleMania XL. On the April 26 episode of [=SmackDown=], it was revealed that Carlito was behind the attack on Lee, turning heel and leaving the LWO.

* CanadaEh: He has family in Toronto and has since gained Canadian citizenship so he can see them whenever he wants.

Carlos Edwin "Carly" Colón, Jr. (born February 21, 1979) is a Puerto Rican professional wrestler, eldest Carlos Colón's four children (who is one of the three founders of the Puerto Rican World Wrestling Council).

He was released from WWE in 2010, after which he returned to WWC, splitting his time between it and the indie circuit.

* AlliterativeName: Carlos Colón, Carly Colón, Carlito "Caribbean Cool" Colón, his name and primary nickname could be angled to this any number of ways. Further still "The Cool Canadian Caribbean Connection", which was WWE.com's pet name for his pairing with Wrestling/TrishStratus but could refer to Carlito himself after he became a Canadian citizen.

* BigDamnHeroes: Coming to his father's aid against Ray González, before he was a wrestler at that. Saving Trish from Johnny Nitro and later Wrestling/{{Edge|Wrestler}}. Attempted but failed with Randy Orton, who gave Trish an RKO while Edge held Carlito back.

* ChronicBackstabbingDisorder: And we're not just talking about his FinishingMove! The move is actually a back cracker version of the lung blower but Jim Ross started calling it the backstabber in reference to Carlito's betrayals of Wrestling/TorrieWilson, Ric Flair, Chris Masters and his brother Primo. Better yet, ask his father, whom Carlito turned on when he questioned why Carlito allowed his enemies of eleven straight years, La Artilleria Pesada (the tag team of Thunder and Lightning), to run loose while leaving Ray González out to dry after he helped unmask them.

** Ray González whenever they have the opportunity to face Thunder And Lightning(apart from their time in La Familia Milenio, which was mostly IWA anyway). Otherwise González prioritizes fighting Colóns. Ray González has also teamed with Carlito to fight Invader #1 and Invader #1 has teamed with Carlito to fight Ray González.

* EvilIsPetty: After Carlito and La Revolución injured Ray González in a cage, very likely ending his career, Carlito went into Rayting Minimarket and started to rearrange the merchandise.

* EyeTake: When he and his NXT Rookie Michael Tarver were on losing streaks, Carlito yelled at the audience watching ''WWE Superstars'' to respect him and sported this look throughout his resulting match with John Morrison. Despite being a ten minute bout on a BShow it was perhaps the best match Carlito had all year just because of that expression. While wrestling the likes of Extreme Tiger, Mesías and Wrestling/LaParka in Wrestling/{{AAA}}, they made sure to zoom in whenever Carlito did his crazy eyes.

* FullNameBasis: In OVW and WWE, he was never addressed or referred to as "Carly Colón" or "Carlito Caribbean Cool" anywhere else but his profiles on their websites. In WWC, he's almost always referred to by the entire title [[OneSteveLimit to distinguish him from]] El Sensacional Carlitos. The two have even teamed together but are usually kept far away from each other. Incidentally, there is an (s) in Carlitos because he was originally drafted up by the IWA as a {{parody}} of Carlos and Carlito Colon, but he became popular enough for WWC to hire [[ParodyAssistance without altering the gimmick]].

* HeWhoFightsMonsters: As of March 2015, he basically became what Ray González was when he debuted to fight him. He even started bullying González's non wrestler son.

* IntergenerationalRivalry: He is of the younger generation concerning his longstanding feud with Ray González. Technically he and Ray González Junior of the the same generation, but Carlito is so much older than the younger Ray that it still started off as PickOnSomeoneYourOwnSize.

** Cost himself the WWC Universal Title this way in January of 2015 by choosing to go after a confused Ray González while the two of them were surrounded by La Revolución rather than team up. La Revolución went on to attack both of them and then set their sights on the third Universal title contender Mighty Ursus, yet González, Colón and Ursus still kept fighting each other.
** Finally averted, [[FaceHeelDoubleTurn when Carlito joined with La Revolución and Juan Manuel Ortega against Mighty Ursus.]] This was especially unexpected because Ortega had been on a campaign to rid pro wrestling of the Colóns.

* OffscreenMomentOfAwesome: The Colóns (Carlito and Primo) were going to unify the World Tag Team Titles and the WWE Tag Team Titles in a match against Wrestling/TheMiz and Wrestling/JohnMorrison at ''Wrestling/{{WrestleMania}} 25''. This ended up as a dark match before the event.

* TheRival: John Morrison in and out of WWE since they started as tag team partners in OVW. In WWC, he feuded with El Mega Campeon de AAA. At the same time he teamed El Mesías, who is the same man, in Wrestling/{{AAA}} itself. Carlito has also fought Chris Masters ''a lot''. His feud/friendship with "Puerto Rican Dream" Invader #1 carries over from his father. Then there is "Mr. Ratings" Ray González. Not only did Carly become a wrestler to beat Ray but they both use the figure four leg lock.

* RunTheGauntlet: Put in a "Three Faces of Death Match" at ''WWC Aniversario 2010'' in which Carlito would have to run the gauntlet against three mystery opponents.[[labelnote:spoiler]]They were Orlando Colón, Wrestling/BookerT and Ricky Banderas, whom he knew very well.[[/labelnote]]

* SleevesAreForWimps: Carly Colón started out wrestling with a shaved head in jeans and a wife beater. Later he'd wear no shirts with long gloves or arm bands, inverting the trope.

* TaughtByExperience: Carly's always tried to be a scientific wrestler but going abroad against the likes of Mentalo and Kendo [=KaShin=] taught him he had a little ways to go. It also meant when Two Time, Two Time All American American Wrestling/JackSwagger came to WWC to soften Carlito up for Ray González Swagger no longer impressed. He had the advantage over Colon for about a minute on the mat, but in that time Carlito was able to figure Jack out and have him asking for a tag out.

* WrongGenreSavvy: Carlito was convinced masked wrestler Rey Fénix (who helped Wrestling/{{Sting}} beat Carlito in his Puerto Rican debut) was really Ray González [[CharlieBrownFromOuttaTown trying to get around the fact he had been forced into retirement.]] This was a reasonable assumption, especially to those familiar with González's IWA run, but not even seeing the two in the same place at the same time could convince him otherwise, to the point Carlito put his hair on the line to prove it. After learning it was WWC booker Ricky Santana (González's former tag team partner) at ''Crossfire'', Carlito was so upset he told the crowd to go ask for refunds, though he noted company founder Victor Jovica would not see enough problem to give them.

John Morrison and Melina by proxy wound up being Carlito's most persistent enemies in WWE down the road. Also, his Bolin services teammate Da Beast would later be a regular foe of International Super Stars Carlito and Wrestling/{{Santino| Marella}} as Shad Gaspard in Crime Time.
