On February 24th, 2021, it was announced that the show would be getting what was believed at the time [[LiveActionAdaptation live action]] [[ContinuityReboot reboot]] on Paramount+. However, in July 2021, it was revealed that said live action adaptation would be a sequel series following Timmy's cousin after she moves to Dimmsdale. Cosmo and Wanda will also return as well.
