The current one with a disgruntled genie is even worse, seeing as we've never met said genie before nor his sarcastic mermaid "friend", and because we don't know the mechanics of their universe we don't know why the mermaid hopes the genie gets sucked into a wormhole (apparently the genie is summoned into the human world by random objects like pill bottles and coffee pitchers and the mermaid hopes one day he'll be summoned in deep space or that the link to the human world breaks, stranding him forever... I think).
** Okay we know a little more about the genie's world: He and the mermaid live in the land of '''[[color:red:It]]''' where [[TheMagicGoesAway all magical beings go once no one believes in them]]; another part of '''[[color:red:It]]''' is the Many Mansions, which [[ShoutOut happens to be the title of a play Brooke created]] (or as some put it "a(n accidental?) rip-off of [[Literature/DiscWorld Dun Manifestin]]").
