* DependingOnTheArtist: This series manages to be a single-artist version of this trope. [[http://www.cogsdev.org/w/images/4/47/CWC_collage.jpg We can prove it, too.]]

* IKnowMortalKombat: Jiggliami's manager, Blanca, who also plays "lead GuitarHero" for her. It's not entirely clear whether she plays an actual guitar and plays Guitar Hero on the side for practice or if all she can play is Guitar Hero which makes it all the more difficult to believe she and Jiggliami are huge pop stars.

* ThePowerOfRock: Used to demolish the 4-Cent Garbage building by, believe it or not, using GuitarHero/Rock Revolution instruments to sing a song about how much better PowerRangers used to be, sung to the tune of Cat Scratch Fever.

* AgeCut: Done in the Spring Break issue to show that certain characters are of legal age to be true and honest couples.

* ArtEvolution: Starting with issue 5, Christian begins using some vaguely {{animesque}} techniques on the characters, such as ^_^ expressions, sweat drops, and CrossPoppingVeins.

* InferredHolocaust[=/=]NoEndorHolocaust: We are told that the Jerkops swell their numbers using a HypnoRay hypnotic ray gun that only affects the mentally impaired. Which means that when the heroes do battle with them, they're actually pummeling innocent retards. This wasn't addressed until issue 9, and then, such addressing was disregarded until issue 10.

* VillainDecay: Blake goes from being a Shadow ripoff to a generic Stu in the middle of an episode. Then, he hooks up with Bubbles and becomes a SatelliteCharacter to a SatelliteCharacter before being almost entirely written out.

Not a trope
* {{Plagiarism}}: Most of the jokes in Sonichu are lifted verbatim from ''WesternAnimation/FamilyGuy'', ''Anime/ExcelSaga'', Creator/MontyPython, and various Creator/AdultSwim shows, often out-of-context. Many of the drawings are actually traced from other images.
