* ZettaiRyouiki: Some armor sets allow female characters to acquire this ratio. Amy is perhaps the closest to Grade S, as she wears her hair in GirlishPigtails, while Mari's default outfit is a very perfect Grade A.
** And then said GirlishPigtails go UpToEleven with Amy's second job, the Muse: MegaTwintails.

Grand Chase is an MMOG created by KOG Studios, which was released worldwide with several different versions. It's similar to that of VideoGame/MapleStory in being a 2D side scroller. The difference is that the game is room based, has 3D graphics, and produces an almost more distinctive gameplay than most other [=MMOs=]. Instead of normal character creation, players are given preset character classes, the first three being all female: Sword Knight (Elesis), which is a close-ranged character; Archer (Lire), which is pretty obvious, and a Mage (Arme), also very obvious. Other characters/classes can be unlocked. Each class starts with unlocking a specific character first, then working towards unlocking others (be warned, some of these character unlocking quests are hard - unless you buy your way through them. Same for job changes, except much more hellish).

The game plays more like a console action platform game more than a traditional MMO. It is room based, meaning you join in player-created rooms and enter dungeons which play out more like stages. The objective is to defeat enemy swarms and move on to the next room, until you defeat the boss at the end. Afterward, you are awarded experience points and GP (in-game currency). Then it's off to the next place. The game also has a [=PVP=] for all those competitive players. This game pretty much breaks the mold for most [=MMOs=].

Grand Chase's servers were shut down on April 16, 2015. Players of Grand Chase were able to (based on how much progress they'd made in GC) transfer to VideoGame/Elsword and boost new characters up to higher levels, as well as receive a compensation package of cash shop items during an event following the shutdown.

While VideoGame/Elsword was considered the SpiritualSuccessor to Grand Chase, in late January 2018 an official sequel in the form of a mobile game was released in Korea and July 2018 for the Philippines, a global version released late in July and in Japan, called VideoGame/GrandChaseDimensionalChaser which continues the saga of the characters after the original ending.

A SpinOff of Grand Chase entitled KurtzPel is set to be released in 2019. Unlike Grand Chase and Elsword, it is a 3D action game set in an AlternateUniverse to the main Grand Chase story.

* LetsFightLikeGentlemen: In team mode PvP, many players strike:ask demand for a "1v1" when their team is down to only themselves, which means their team can win if they beat the rest of the opposing team one-on-one. Reactions and thoughts vary if this is common courtesy or just people whining that their team is losing. Often results in raging and false threats of getting banned if you decide to not comply to the request, reinforcing the latter image and the view on the FanDumb.

* DevelopmentHell: Alcubra. It started designed as a zone that followed Silver Land; starting at around Lv 30; and as such; the first few dungeons were designed as such. Then Silver Land's level was bumped up; and Alcubra's with it; putting it on par with late Xenia in levels; around Lv60; as were the final three dungeons of the continent. THEN Alcubra was seperated from Silver Land entirely and moved between Xenia and Archemedia. The result? A continent with a storyline that is basically a Filler; with dungeons designed for much lower-level content; some as many as 40 levels lower. The dungeon difficulty was largely brought up by giving mobs a load of Super Armor; and giving each boss a cheap attack that was a OneHitKill or had potential for such; while their other attacks amounted to CherryTapping.
