Once Eiki Shiki is defeated, she performs a HeelFaceTurn and joins the group. However, between games, [[WildMassGuessing they must have stumbled across a new dimension, got a new ship somehow,]] and thus they need to escape from it. This kicks off the third, [[SequelDifficultySpike and by far the hardest]], game in the series, Alice in Spaceland 3. New boss enemies are introduced, and old ones make a return.
