* ADateWithRosiePalms: The late Creator/CarrieFisher [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xDpBeJtxffQ related a story]] of a man coming up to her once and saying he thought of Princess Leia "four times a day" from the ages of 12 to 22. * RunningGag: Whenever there are people who've been in ''Franchise/StarWars'' on the couch, Graham ''will'' have toy lightsabers on standby for them to play with. And when the guests inevitably [[RealityEnsues start playing with them and smashing them together]], he'll start yelling about how expensive they are.

The show was reduced in length to 30 minutes, and brought forward from its usual late-night slot to an earlier one in primetime. This was resolved in the following Autumn series, however the set was redesigned to conform to rules and regulations regarding social distancing, including the big red couch being replaced by individual chairs placed around the set, roundtable style, spaced apart to give the guests enough room, and the massive audience was reduced to about 100 people, sectioned off into social bubbles. Additionally, some guests (i.e. basically every American guest) were brought in via remote contact.

* BigEater: Creator/JessicaBiel confessed to being one. ** Crossover example: Creator/CharlieHunnam told a story on Series/JimmyKimmelLive (to substitute host Creator/KristenBell) about how he was asked by the most popular girl in his school to be her prom date, much to his excitement. But then one day before the prom, she told him she was only joking, and ended up going with another man instead. He ended up having to go alone, but his sweet mom offered to come with him. A week or so after telling this story on that show, he appears on The Graham Norton Show, and when they get to the Red Chair, one of the first people on the chair is a man named Sebastian, who tells a similar story of asking a girl out to the prom, not realizing she was going with someone else - that someone else was Charlie. The penny then dropped for Charlie, much to his amusement and everyone else's.

** Kim Catrall shows that she can slip into a Liverpool accent quite easily - since she has family from there.

* EvenTheGuysWantHim: James Corden describes his bromance with David Beckham as this. Apparently his girlfriend can tell when David sends him a text, from the giddy smile on his face. He also told Creator/BradleyCooper "you're fit" to his face, assuring him he was sexier than Creator/RyanGosling.

** Creator/RebelWilson is trained in how to use nunchuks.

* InsultBackfire: On an episode with Creator/MilaKunis, Creator/JudeLaw, Dame Creator/JudiDench and Olly Murs, Graham pulled up an tweet old Olly's - asking which celebrity he'd love to have babies with...and it was Mila Kunis. Olly buries his face in his hands, but Mila coos and says she's flattered.

** Creator/EmiliaClarke, being of the generation that grew up with ''Series/{{Friends}}'', was so excited to be sitting next to Creator/MattLeBlanc on the couch and asked if he could say his CatchPhrase for her.
