While she isn't a goddess of love and hates Aphrodite, she still appreciates genuine and uncorrupted love and it's why she's an ally of the Nurturers. She has a more competitive streak against Flonne and Shelyn when it comes to love, however they're a lot less lustful and vindictive about it than her and Aphrodite so [[FriendlyRivalry their rivalry is a lot more lighthearted]].

* Upon Tsukuyomi's ascension, both of them joined forces with Yuno Gasai and Nu-13, forming the Yandere Quartet. Though once it fell down, she was almost ready to create another group, but she got into argument with Sekai. Ultimately the new Yuno made the Uandere Squad and invited the two in.

* As Incredi-boy, Buddy Pine was originally a fan of Mr. Incredible until the latter's treatment of him caused him to turn evil. Incredi-boy's lack of fame also played a role in it ([[SelfServingMemory according to him, anyway, there was apparently a few things he left out]]), and his actions indirectly played a part in creating a SuperRegistrationAct that put them out of business. His goal is to be seen as a superhero and use his technology to make everybody super after he's had his fun...[[UniquenessDecay because when everybody's super, nobody is]]. That wasn't even the end of it as he killed many superheroes as well while improving The Omnidroid, a creation of his so that he can take the credit for saving the day. While he failed at the end, he tried to kidnap Jack-Jack to raise him as his disciple. This failed, [[CapeSnag and his cape got caught in a jet turbine]].
** In case you forgot, [[BerserkButton his name is NOT Buddy]]. Call him that and you'll suffer. He's not Incrediboy either. [[ThatManIsDead That ship has sailed]].
* The Incredible Family were greatly disturbed to see that their nemesis has come back for revenge. While the family are looking for ways to defeat him for good. Syndrome will likely be a step or two ahead of them. Because of how utterly egotistical he is, [[ArmsDealer his funding coming from manufacturing and selling weapons]], and his murder of superheroes to test his droid he's rightfully reviled in the superhero community. [[EvilCannotComprehendGood It doesn't help that he assumes he was rejected for lack of powers rather than a genuine desire to help]]. He doesn't take kindly to their (correct) accusations he can't be a hero because he doesn't care about doing the right thing, and plans to wipe them all out so people "will have no other choice than accept it" (his words).
* Out of his many enemies, Syndrome considers taking down the Fantastic Four second only to taking out the Incredibles in terms of priority. [[TheFantasticFaux After all, the Incredibles were inspired by them]]. The First Family are third in priority for the same reason. Fourth in priority is Cassie Sandsmark, a former troublemaker who used to admire [[Pantheon/{{Philosophy}} Wonder Woman]] and [[Pantheon/{{Continuities}} Donna Troy]] before becoming the third Wonder Girl. She actually proved her worth to the superheroines she admired and became a leader of the Teen Titans, and naturally she's disgusted by Syndrome's petty motive driving his terrible actions. She straight up said to him he will never be a superhero [[EvilCannotComprehendGood because he has no idea what a hero IS]].
* His delusional and twisted fanboyism has been compared to both Eobard Thawne and Superboy-Prime. The latter used to be a good friend of Syndrome, however [[ComicBook/DarkNightsDeathMetal recent events]] have put him on the path to redemption and had him quit any contact with Syndrome. The former manages to be even more entitled and egotistical, and while he admits they have very similar backgrounds and motivations he doesn't trust Syndrome; perhaps they're ''too'' similar. Barry Allen clearly sees they're two of a kind and chided him by saying [[CutLexLuthorACheck he could've used his knowledge to be]] a legit ScienceHero, but chose to stew in his own pettiness.
* He honestly believes he should get a Green Lantern Corps [[BlatantLies for his]] [[DirtyCoward "bravery"]] [[FakeUltimateHero and "heroism"]]. Interestingly, Iroque is thinking of giving him legit superpowers [[BeCarefulWhatYouWishFor by inducting him]] [[HeelFaceBrainwashing into the Indigo Tribe]], forcing empathy so he actually ''becomes'' a super. [[IronicHell It's something Syndrome has nightmares about]]. He doesn't want to be recruited to the Suicide Squad either and has sent a hit out on Amanda Waller. Also, any deity associated with turbines is a deity he wants to avoid because [[CapeSnag of how]] [[TurbineBlender he left the mortal plane]]. [[TooDumbToLive Despite this, he still wears capes]].
* Welcomes comparisons with Hal Stewart and the Plutonian, though [[MisaimedFandom he thinks they're rejected and downtrodden]] [[NeverMyFault "like him"]]. Plus [[AxCrazy he's not all that stable]], so being seen as the straight man to the other two is a plus. Together they've started their twisted little parody of the Justice League in order to get the attention [[EntitledBastard they think they deserve]]. In spite of being a former villain [[EvenEvilHasStandards Megamind considers Syndrome]] [[PsychopathicManchild a childish psychopath]] like Hal and the Plutonian. Syndrome believes [[NotSoDifferentRemark they're more alike than they think]] as they're both genius supervillains (ex in Megamind's case) who feel they're rebelling against society's expectations. Megamind concedes the first point, [[NotSoSimilar but disagrees with the second]], pointing out "no-one made you play [[FakeUltimateHero "hero"]], [[BerserkButton Incredi-boy]]".
* Batman hates Syndrome as like him he's a genius who became a superhero without any superpowers outside of technology, but used it to become a childish HeroKiller instead of actually improve the world. Surprisingly Syndrome hates the Joker ''more'' since he at least [[VillainRespect has a tiny respect towards Bruce Wayne]] for ''being'' a BadassNormal super, while the Joker loves to troll Syndrome for being a toxic fanboy obsessed with proving himself to the world and Mr Incredible. Syndrome immediately shot back by pointing out [[{{Hypocrite}} he has no right to call others out for obsession]], [[AtLeastIAdmitIt to which the Joker chuckled "never said I wasn't obsessed with the Batman]] [[DoNotCallMePaul Buddy]]".
* Seeing that his creation is a follower of Mewtwo, Syndrome asked the Pokemon for help in creating another version of The Omnidroid. The villain was greeted with a Psystrike to the head by [[SuperMode Mega Mewtwo Y]] and blasted out. After stewing about it for a bit Syndrome decided to rethink the whole "Omnidroid" thing. He's come to learn of beings like the Magician and come to be more cautious about A.I so it doesn't turn on him. However, he does have at least one robot he calls as a friend; Metal Sonic. The [[RobotMe robotic doppelganger]] of the Blue Blur shares a desire to prove himself, [[InferioritySuperiorityComplex with an even deep-set envy]]. Sonic reminds Syndrome of Dash, so he shares a dislike with Metal. [[TheOnlyOneAllowedToDefeatYou Metal refuses to let Syndrome defeat Sonic]], but he will permit Syndrome giving him upgrades so he can beat Sonic.
* Some evil scientists, specifically Dr. Eggman and Dr. Wily were surprised that Syndrome sends out his creations on weaker beings so that the successive version is stronger. They have consulted him for help based on this. Syndrome and Wily get along well as they're driven by both pride and envy to prove they're better than their rival, which frustrates Dr Light as he doesn't want [[WeUsedToBeFriends his old friend]] to be further corrupted [[CompleteMonster by someone as evil as Syndrome]]. Wily helped with his latest Omnidroid model, which crossed paths with the Master. When the Master tried to steal the Omnidroid for himself, it ended up causing damage to the Master's temple. Since then, the Master and Syndrome have been one-upping each other, with no end in sight.
* There was one particular instance in which Syndrome tried to get into the House of Pantheon/FamilyAndRelatives to confront the Incredible Family. * One of the few Disney villains to get along with Prince Hans, despite being a lot worse than he is; they have ambitions of power in the hopes of proving themselves, though Hans is more motivated by "daddy-issues" and being TheEvilPrince. [[HatedByAll The fact he's less popular than Syndrome]] [[Literature/AFrozenHeart in spite]] [[FreudianExcuse of having a more legitimate reason to be mad]] is something the wannabe super finds ironic, [[AdaptationalJerkass though it might connect to his Kingdom Hearts portrayal]]. He gets along with Gaston too, which is rather ironic given they have a jock-nerd dynamic; [[EntitledBastard mainly it's a shared sense of entitlement]] and believing they're the best. Belle and the Beast actually found Syndrome's vanity even more diabolical than Gaston though given their history with the latter they hate the two about equally.
* The GUAE ([[MyFriendsAndZoidberg and]] Captain America of all people) have been repeatedly telling him NO CAPES because the fact that he ignored that rule caused his downfall. Syndrome hasn't been listening much due to how cool he perceives the accessory to be. [[VillainHasAPoint Plus the fact that some members hypocritically still wear them anyway]]. Despite dying [[CapeSnag for the same reason]], Dollar Bill has nothing but contempt for Syndrome due to all the death and destruction he caused, [[WouldHurtAChild not even sparing children]]. Syndrome hopes Dollar Bill doesn't learn he's become afraid of turbines and to a lesser extent planes due to his CruelAndUnusualDeath. Despite his alliance with Wily he doesn't want to be anywhere near Gyro Man. He'd rather not cross the path of the Death of Final Destination either, as its elaborate methods of death remind him of both his own demise and the demise of many a super through CapeSnag.
* There have been rumors that Syndrome has been getting his supplies to make droids from [=BnL=]. He hasn't said anything about this yet. Some of his followers believe that Syndrome is known for [[http://i1.kym-cdn.com/entries/icons/original/000/013/005/3mLydMU.png this]]. Again, no comment could be attained from him [[ItMakesSenseInContext other than possibly remembering the context]]. He will comment, or more accurately plug fan comments [[DracoInLeatherPants that he's misunderstood]], however. He'll also comment on accusations his (ordered, but still) killing of supes makes him a SerialKiller, but usually negatively because he doesn't think it has the same "street cred" as a full on HeroKiller.
* Considers Vought-American competition for his own dreams of playing super-hero and wants to buy out the company, claiming he can do better. [[IncompetenceInc He probably could]], but all this posturing just goes to show [[CutLexLuthorACheck how he's wasted any potential]] [[YouCouldHaveUsedYourPowersForGood that could've been used to being a real superhero]]. He's teamed up with Princess Morbucks to do that as he can relate to her resentment to the Powerpuff Girls for not letting her join them and using their own wealth to gain superpowers. The Powerpuff Girls soon came to detest Syndrome beyond working with their enemy as he reminds them of Dick Hardly; someone [[FakeUltimateHero who wants to sell themselves as a force of good]] [[CompleteMonster while being the exact opposite]], though Syndrome does it for [[GloryHound glory]] and gets his hands dirty instead of manufacturing supers to satiate his {{Greed}}.
* Thought he might find a little in common with the Batman That Laughs and Dark Danny, as they're fallen/twisted supers and get along with the Plutonian, his ally. They regard the comparison with derision as they see right through Syndrome for the childish, disillusioned fanboy he is. While Laughs is a HeroKiller, he feels that Syndrome can't see the big picture and wastes his time on petty villainy. Dark Danny feels the same way, mocking his obsession with his own vanity and image; he simply ''doesn't care'' what people thinks in the slightest.
* He thinks he has some things in common with Quentin Beck and Martin Walker, as the former likes using technology and illusions for his attention-grabbing machinations (and thievery), [[Film/SpidermanFarFromHome and recently played hero with them]]. The latter fought in the Dubai conflict to play hero, which went very poorly. Martin is uncomfortable with the comparisons as despite [[ProtagonistJourneyToVillain his fall to being a savage soldier]] and being a HeroicWannabe Syndrome is another reminder [[HeelRealization of the dark pit he fell into]]. Mysterio didn't have that problem and welcomed Syndrome aboard on his revenge schemes against Spidey. After learning about his new opponent Peter Parker was further incensed as Syndrome is the antithesis of his "great power" philosophy; he has gained great power, but has '''no''' responsibility. Syndrome has his own philosophy in response to "critics", of course.
