** To be fair, "turkey" has been an insult roughly meaning "loser" in the US since it was rejected the title of "National Bird," loosing out to the bald eagle. It hasn't been used much since the 90's but it's recognizable, actually kind of witty, since it's a bird insult for a bird insult.
