Glurge addicts don't have to be ''good''.

Glurge Addicts are surprisingly positive people (even if they happen to be SmugSnake villains), even if they aren't nice they're [[StepfordSmiler always smiling]] and encouraging others to do the same. This incessant optimism is sure to quickly get on other people's nerves. The townsfolk of Humbel weren't.
