** Savage: The [[BladeBelowTheShoulder Tarkata]] are nasty, bloodthirsty maniacs who fight for whatever EvilOverlord they choose.
** Eldritch: The [[{{Hell}} Netherrealm]]'s demons range from monstrous ogres to dark, humanoid ninjas and sorcerers...and they're all pure evil, reveling in torture, soul stealing and such.
** Humanoid: [[CyberNinja Cyber Kombatants]] are often hostile [[WasOnceAMan former humans]] who, like human Kombatants, tend to rely on technology. The cyborg creation process invariably [[CyberneticsEatYourSoul screws with the person's soul]], making them more vicious than normal.
** Fallen: Edenians are much like Elves, with long lifespans, magical talent and impossible beauty. Evil ones are manipulative and arrogant enough to be token Fallen.

** Tauren: Savage, but in looks only.

** Trolls: A hybrid of Crafty, Savage (their [[TheBerserker Berserkers]] and style of fighting).

** Draenei: Eldritch.

** Savage: The Jaryuu (evil dragon) clan
** Eldritch: The Ashu/Questers
** Fallen: Dark Shadow
** Crafty: Goadom civilization

** The [[{{Mummy}} Tomb Kings]], [[TheUndead Vampire Counts]] and [[TheLegionsOfHell Chaos Daemons]] all fit Eldritch perfectly.

** [[EmotionEater Dementors]] and [[OurZombiesAreDifferent Inferi]] as the demonic and undead varieties of Eldritch, respectively
** Most Dark wizards as the Humanoids
** Extremely powerful and twisted Dark wizards (Voldemort, although there have been other possible candidates such as Grindelwald and Herpo the Foul) as the Fallen

** Humanoid: Humanity. No, seriously, these guys [[HumansAreTheRealMonsters are the villains]] ''way'' more often than anyone else. Similarly, the few evil Dwarves, Vampires etc that turn up.

* The Angarak nations fill roughly this role in ''Literature/TheBelgariad'', though they're human (albeit humans whose society has been dominated by the GodOfEvil for milennia):

** Humanoid: Micheals faction as they have become more human than the other wraith

** savage: The Jaryuu (evil dragon) clan

*** The Necrons are Eldritch in that they're essentially silent, undead robots with access to [[HigherTechSpecies technology that seems almost magical]] by other species' standards. Previous editions showed them as deathly silent, soulless machines that killed off or abducted human populations for no discernible reason, and their goals were pretty opaque. Since then, they have been expanded upon (although some would say retconned) to be [[SpaceRomans ancient space Egyptians]], with their leaders retaining the ability to speak, with their dynasties alternatingly trying to restore their empire or running experiments to return to flesh and blood bodies.

** Lasombra, Ventrue and Salubri are the Fallen, with the latter has heavy shades of Savage. Lasombra and Ventrue are two whole Clans of [[ManipulativeBastard manipulative bastards]], [[SleazyPolitician corrupt politicians]] and [[AristocratsAreEvil evil aristocrats]]. Salubri take the hat for switching from vamires' TokenGoodTeammate to little more then revenge-obscessed Sabbath's thugs.

** Fallen: Vampires, Thalmor .

** Crafty: Scraplets. They look tiny and cute... Until it's feeding time, at which point they become a swarm of whirring, zooming teeth eager to gorge themselves on living metal like the unholy, gravity-defying spawn of a garbage disposal and a swarm of pirhana.

** Savage: The [[MultiArmedandDangerous Shokan]] and [[BladeBelowTheShoulder Tarkata]] both fit. In essence, the larger and [[HeelFaceRevolvingDoor reasonable]] Shokan are Warcraft Orcs, while the animalistic Tarkata are Tolkien Orcs.
** Eldritch: The [[{{Hell}} Netherrealm]]'s demons. Whether monstrous ogres, like [[{{Youkai}} Moloch]] or intelligent sorcerers, like [[{{Necromancer}} Quan Chi]], most demons are evil.
** Humanoid: [[{{Cyborg}} cyborgs]] are noteworthy because they're ''especially'' hostile Humanoids and rely on tech, not magic (like most heroic human Kombatants). [[JustifiedTrope The cyborg creation process often screws with the soul/brain]], though even characters with mere bionic upgrades tend to be ruthless.
** Fallen: Edenians fill the role of typical fantasy Elves, with millennia-long lifespans, magical talent and impossible beauty. Evil Edenians are always manipulative and arrogant enough to fit the Fallen bill.
** Crafty: [[LizardFolk Saurians]] are a dying race who tend to hide in--and strike from--the shadows using their camouflage and shapeshifting abilities. While not really [[UglyCute cute]], they do tend to be [[TheWoobie pitiable]].

** Fallen: [[spoiler: Sharans]]

** Fallen: The victims [[spoiler: of Ruin]]
** Crafty: Mistwraiths and Kandra [[spoiler: appears first, then subverted.]]

*** In later seasons, the Lucian Alliance also fills the "Humanoid" slot [[spoiler: after the fall of the System Lords, making most Jaffa seen allies instead of {{Mooks}}]].

** Fallen: Tonberries, who before falling were [[spoiler: the Kuluu, the slaves of the Zilart, highly magical, and the builders of all the magical towers that later taught the Tarutaru their magical skills. ]]

** Eldritch: The Kindred, sleek, scary, cool demons, and the most dangerous and highest level of the original beastmen. Directly working for the original BigBad. [[spoiler: And might actually be rented to him by a physical manifestation of a death god.]] Or possibly the Yagudo, who were originally presented as the most magic using of the first set of beastmen, though they don't seem any better at it than anyone else, and have nothing actually magical about them.

** Fallen: Collectors. [[spoiler: They're what's left of the Protheans.]]
** Crafty: The geth. [[spoiler: The Heretics, anyway.]]
*** There's also [[spoiler: Cerberus]], althought they're an organization and not a race.

** Savage: Trolls, Ogres, [[spoiler: Falmer]].

** '''Eldritch''': ''Plenty''. [[OurDemonsAreDifferent Demons]], [[OurMonstersAreWeird randomly generated]] and obscenely powerful, live in Hell, waiting to be released and [[TheLegionsOfHell invade the world]], when not found leading goblin or human civilizations [[note]] ruling goblins through brute strength and humans through {{God Guise}}s[[/note]]. [[OurAngelsAreDifferent Angels]] and [[DugTooDeep Forgotten Beasts]] also exist, and are likewise randomly generated and hostile, although angels are strictly sedentary and Forgotten Beasts very rare. TheUndead are also present, whether as hordes of zombies sent by {{necromancer}}s to swarm fortresses, intelligent, [[OmnicidalManiac life-hating]] husks animated by evil weather, or more unique ghosts and [[{{Mummy}} mummies]]. Finally, there are the Night Creatures, a catchall term for lesser horrors such as [[ThingsThatGoBumpInTheNight boogeymen]],[[OurWerebeastsAreDifferent werebeasts]], and Night Trolls that kidnap non-goblins and [[BalefulPolymorph turn them into mates]]. [[AlternateCharacterInterpretation Depending on how you look at it]], the player may count, too.

** Savage: [[WerewolfTheForsaken Werewolves]]. They're the toughest, the [[ProudWarriorRaceGuy most warlike]] and not much for subtlety. [[ANaziByAnyOtherName Pure]] disdain humanity as being inherently weak and out of jealousy for inheriting the world after their own personal [[NatureIsNotNice hunter's paradise]] was destroyed. [[TabletopGame/BeastThePrimordial Beasts]] come here for being reincarnated primal monsters who need terror and violence to live.

** Fallen: [[VampireTheRequiem The classic bloodsuckers]], and Mages. Seers of the latter game especially, since they deliberately chose to spurn the social good in favor of their own lives, and play the entire world like a harp in service to the Exarchs and to ensure their own livelihoods. [[TabletopGame/MummyTheCurse Arisen]] also qualify here more than Eldritch, being immortal citizens of a cruel and ancient [[TheEmpire empire]] who weave schemes and cults throughout history to mold the world into their desires.

** {{O|ur Orcs Are Different}}arcs -- dimwitted and barbaric {{Blood Knight}}s always on the lookout for a new fight or target to pillage -- are textbook Savages, along with the slightly smarter (not that that's saying much) [[OurGoblinsAreDifferent Goblins]], the ever-hungry [[OurOgresAreDifferent Ogres]], and the inbred, brutal [[OurGiantsAreBigger giants]].

* Webcomic/SlightlyDamned: Their are [[FourElementEnsemble four breeds]] of [[OurDemonsAreDifferent demon]] with their own physical and mental traits that fight it on or more groups and while they have shown that they are [[MySpeciesDothProtestTooMuch not]] [[NotAlwaysEvil all]] evil, the majority are rather unpleasant.

* In ''Literature/HarryPotter'', although there is overlap with the FiveRaces because very few races have a set alignment in the {{Potterverse}}, we could have:

** Crafty: [[GambitPileup All of them]]! The NewWorldOfDarkness is not a setting where the guileless rise above the rest, not without backing from more cunning people.

* ''VideoGame/{{Touhou}}'':
** Savage - low level youkai as well as the Oni, i.e. Suika and Yuugi.
** Eldritch and/or Humanoid - both the Lunarian ([[CreatorsPet Toyohime, Yorihime]], Kaguya, Eirin and {{Moon Rabbit}}s like Reisen Inaba) and the Half-Ghost (Youmu, Youki) can fulfill both of those roles. Full ghosts (Mima, Yuyuko, Murasa) are more of the former than the latter, however.
** Fallen - [[WitchSpecies The Witches]] (i.e. Alice, Byakuren)
** Crafty - the {{Kappa}}, i.e. Nitori

** Savage: The [[MultiArmedandDangerous Shokan]] and [[BladeBelowTheShoulder Tarkata]] both fit, depending [[HeelFaceRevolvingDoor on the Shokans' mood]]. Basically, the larger and more reasonable Shokan are Warcraft Orcs, while the vicious and simple-minded Tarkata are Tolkien Orcs.
** Eldritch: [[{{Hell}} Netherrealm]] demons. Some are monstrous ogres, like [[{{Youkai}} Moloch]]. Some are humanoid sorcerers, like [[{{Necromancer}} Quan Chi]]. All of them are very mean.
** Humanoid: While there are tons of evil humans in ''MK'', [[{{Cyborg}} cyborgs]] are generally hostile and (like most human heroes) eschew magic for technology. [[JustifiedTrope The cyborg creation process often robs the victim of free will]], but even characters with mere bionic upgrades tend to be psychotic.
** Fallen: Edenians fill the role of typical fantasy Elves, with millennia-long lifespans, magical talent, impossible beauty and [[{{Stripperiffic}} a love for showing skin]]. While evil ones tend to be solitary, they are almost always manipulative and arrogant enough to fit the Fallen bill.
** Crafty: [[LizardFolk Saurians]] are a dying race who tend to hide in--and strike from--the shadows using their camouflage and shapeshifting abilities. While not cute, they do tend to be [[TheWoobie pitiable]].

** In {{Eberron}}:

** '''Eldritch''': Dystopians. LizardFolk that [[InstantAwesomeAddDragons ride dragons]] and have access to magic out of this world. [[spoiler:Including [[HolyHandGrenade holy artifacts]].]]

** '''Humanoid''': [[ALoadOfBull The bison]] appeared to be this, as generic antagonists with little besides looks and culture to separate them from ponies, but it turned out [[GreyAndGreyMorality they are not exactly evil]] and eventually they learned to co-exist peacefully with the settler ponies.

** Finally, Tremere and Nosferatu are Crafty, the former being human [[MageTheAscension Mages]] artificially turned into vampires and using BloodMagic instead of core Disciplines, and the latter as a Clan of vampire hackers and spies.

** Humanoid - Grunts, Brutes to some extent.
** Eldritch - Elites before their HeelFaceTurn, [[ZombieApocalypse The Flood]].
** Crafty - Jackals, [[HiveMind Drones]].

* The Consult, ''Literature/TheSecondApocalypse'':

** The "bad guy" sides races to fit loosely within this trope with certain twists. Of course calling them an axis might be inaccurate as most rarely work with each other, even within the broad categories laid out here.
