The only exception to his complete lack of standards is that he refuses to have sex with Hope because she is underaged, and he does not like redheads.(Though the redhead thing was likely a joke to tease Hope. Namor's had redheaded love interests before, most prominently his late-wife [[KissingCousins Dorma]].)
