Liara T'Soni was an asari romance option for both male and female Shepards from the very first game.

* ''[[VideoGame/{{Onmyoji}} Onmyōji]]'' has the ''yōkai'' Sakura-no-sei who falls in love with a mortal man. It [[VengefulWidow did not end well for her]].

** While they don't openly follow up on the relationship, [[PlayerCharacter the Doctor]] has a number of their Operators fawning over them and openly attracted to them, despite the Doctor not being of any race known on Terra. These include Ambriel (one of the aforementioned Sankta), Platinum (a Kuranta, or horse-folk), Warfarin (a Vampire Sarkaz), and Skadi (an Aegir, or fish-folk). Skadi is a particularly notable example, because her AlternateTimeline version, Skadi the Corrupting Heart, is [[spoiler: a vessel for [[EldritchAbomination Isharmla, a Seaborn goddess]] who brings about the end of the world in that timeline.]]

* "The Demon Lord in Another World" h-game is an inverse of the normal "isekai" trope in that its the female Demon Lord that gets transported to the modern world, where she ends up having to live with the [[HelloInsertNameHere nameable MC]] due to being unable to return back to her world, not that she's in a hurry to go back to it [[spoiler:due to the fact that the so-called "hero" faction is more "antagonistic" than "heroic" in her original world, she only unwilling gained the title "Demon Lord" [[DarkAndTroubledPast due to simply surviving her harsh, unforgiving childhood and so forth.]] After she spends some time with the MC, she soon realizes that, despite things being different in this modern world, it's '''much''' less stressful and, eventually, happily marries him and even becomes pregnant with his child, and she no longer wishes to return to her former world as she's become perfectly happy acclimating to the new modern world she gets transported to, finally able to live in peace as she merely wanted to before.]]

* ''VideoGame/NamcoHigh'' takes this UpToEleven, as ''every single romance option'' is an InterspeciesRomance. The protagonist is an alien of AmbiguousGender, a cousin of [[VideoGame/KatamariDamacy The Prince of All Cosmos]]. Dating options will include:

* In ''VideoGame/{{Okami}}'', the ShipTease between Ammy and Issun kicks to high gear minutes prior to entering the Final Dungeon, with some very suggestive lines from Issun. Keep in mind, Issun is a wood sprite roughly the size of a person's hand and Ammy is ''the sun goddess in wolf form.''
** There's also the matter of how her son Chibiterasu from ''VideoGame/{{Okamiden}}'' came to be, despite that it's implied the only ones left alive on the Celestial Plains are the Celestials (something close to humanoid angels) and [[{{Bishonen}} Waka]] (a member of the [[{{Lunarians}} Moon Tribe]] who Ammy also has lots of ShipTease with).

* ''VideoGame/AgarestSenki'' has five different human/non-human matchups across the four generations, and the fifth generation can choose one of the girls not chosen in a past generation. As said romances consist of a Syrium (an elf-like race), a neocollom ({{kitsune}}) with god's blood on her mother's side of the family, two elven hybrid sisters (half High Elf, half Dark Elf), and a Harpuia (angel-like WingedHumanoid), this isn't as improbable as it may sound. There's also teasings of a homosexual version; the hermaphroditic god Deeth flirts with Dyshana in female form and gets hit on by Thoma after she mentions she should have shown up in male form. Both Dyshana and Thoma are human.

** In ''VideoGame/FireEmblemFates'', Kaden the {{Kitsune}} and Keaton the [[OurWerewolvesAreDifferent Wolfskin]] are potential husbands for most of the female characters, including a Female PlayerCharacter. Like in ''Awakening'', if Kaden and Keaton are married, [[spoiler:the players will be able to recruit their respective hybrid children, Selkie and Velouria, who themselves can marry most of the second generation males or a male PlayerCharacter.]]

** ''VideoGame/StoryOfSeasonsTrioOfTowns'' adds a {{Kitsune}} named Inari. Inari's gender is the opposite of the player's, so they can marry either gender. Originally Inari was the only bachelor/bachelorette who you couldn't have children with, though an update added the option in.

* ''VideoGame/{{Gish}}'' has the titular protagonist rescuing his human girlfriend, and in a good ending they get married. In the mobile phone port, they even have children.

* Ambiguous on whether or not it's truly interspecies, but in the ending of ''VideoGame/GoldenSunTheLostAge'', a couple of Mars Clan girls (scaly draconic AmazingTechnicolorPopulation) seem romantically interested in Felix, not to mention his ShipTease moments with Karst. In ''VideoGame/GoldenSunDarkDawn'' there's some ambiguous ShipTease between {{beast|Man}}girl Sveta and HeroicMime Matthew (and also some subtext between Sveta and [[LesYay Karis]]). This is to say nothing of ''VideoGame/GoldenSun'''s notorious {{Shipping}} fandom, who will readily pair up characters and sometimes even [[CargoShip inanimate objects]] that have [[ShipsThatPassInTheNight very little interaction]], [[FoeYay purely antagonistic interaction]], or [[CrackPairing none at all]].

* ''VideoGame/DevilMayCry'' has Sparda, a devil, take on a human bride, Eva, begetting Dante and Vergil in the background stories. Sparda and Eva remain in the AlternateContinuity ''VideoGame/DmCDevilMayCry'', only Eva is changed from being human to being an angel.
