** Mewtwo wants to destroy humans because he hates them for [[CloneAngst cloning him]]. How does he go about this destruction? By making clones. The dub changes his motivation, as he wants to sever the link between humans and Pokemon simply because he thinks all humans treat Pokemon as tools. And, of course, he is using Pokemon as tools to accomplish this.
** Falkner expresses distaste for the use of Electric-type Pokémon against Flying types, but criticizes Ash for sending the Grass-type Chikorita despite their type disadvantage.

Morgan, however, [[spoiler:conspires with an outsider to frame Maya for murder (in the anime, she blackmails her accomplice into assisting her)]] and later [[spoiler:manipulates Pearl into channeling the spirit of her dead half-sister Dahlia so she can kill Maya and/or frame her for murder.]] Basically, Morgan ends up being far more disgraceful to the Fey Clan than her sister or niece were.
