**A lot of people think that Blue was the cat. Since she was half-dog, she didn't become human like the wolves did.

*** It's a perception filter, not a hologram. So if you were to try and poke a wolf in the shoulder, you would lean down and poke it, you just won't realise you leaned down and think you were poking something at head height. Likewise if you aim at a wolf you might think you're going for a five foot head shot but really you're aiming closer to ground level.

** Clearly, the Nobles have found a way to replicate the [[{{Darkseid}} Omega Effect]]. I'd go into more detail, but my brain just went into {{WMG}} mode.

** Given that they seem to be living those lives as humans, Blue clearly is still alive, and living with her adoptive big brother, Quent.

** Her ''blood'' is poison, and the main way everyone found that out was when [[spoiler: Wolf-Darcia started hauling her around in his jaws.]] I don't think the wolves (and especially Kiba) would have intentionally let Cheza get hurt just to gain an advantage.

** The whole series up to this point had a sense of decay and death about. It was always pretty clear that the world as a whole was dying from the first few episodes, and that it was really just limping along. Jagura's attempt to open/create Paradise was what finally finished the job, and the hours afterwords were that world's final, desperate gasp. It all just started falling apart.

** I think that works based on a PerceptionFilter, if not a WeirdnessCensor, where those that don't notice see them as humans, whereas some see them as wolves, which kind of explains why the camera tends to switch between showing them as wolves and then showing them humans, so the viewer could see.
