* ''VideoGame/ClubPenguin'': In the fourth Penguin Secret Agency Mission, the Ski Lift's drive belt is gone, so to replace it, the player must go to the Sports Shop and remove the literal belt a penguin mannequin is wearing. After this is done, the mannequin's pants fall down, revealing him to be wearing boxers with coloured patterns of puffles (small furballs who act as the pets in the game). This joke was the only instance where underwear was ever depicted in the franchise, as many of the game's penguins regularly walk around without any clothing with no problem.

* In the character videos in ''[[VideoGame/FZero F-Zero GX]]'', Antonio Guster and Blood Falcon strip down to their boxers (camouflage and [[RealMenWearPink pink with teddy bears!]], respectively) while doing their laundry. In Captain Falcon's video, he splits his pants while saving Mrs. Arrow's baby, revealing red polka-dots.

* In ''Adventurers' Consumer Guide'' the inventory list includes a pair of red boxers with teddy bears dressed as sailors.

* An early-game beetle enemy in ''VideoGame/{{Bug}}'' loses its tough demenaour [[ClothingDamage and exoskeleton]] when damaged, revealing a scrawny, shivering red bug in [[ComedicUnderwearExposure nothing but white boxers covered in red polka-dot print]].

* Larry Laffer wears them in ''VideoGame/LeisureSuitLarry1InTheLandOfTheLoungeLizards Reloaded'' when Fawn [[ChainedToABed ties him to the bed in the Honeymoon Suite]].

* In ''VideoGame/WarioWare: Smooth Moves,'' one of the missions has Wario defend himself from a ninja. You must slash at the right time to [[ClothingDamage tear off the ninja's suit.]] But wait, there's more... (scroll down...)
