* AdaptationalHeroism: Along with the previous live-action adaptation of Spider-Man, Peter’s motivation for not stopping the robber who eventually kills Uncle Ben is made a bit more sympathetic as once again Peter fails to help an AssholeVictim. However, in ''Amazing Fantasy #15'' Peter has no such motivation to let the robber get away. He simply didn't feel he needed to as he was tired of being pushed around and let the power go to his head.

** As well as that, the NYPD are not useless. When Peter first brushes with the cops, they nearly take him in for ruining a sting on a car theft ring that cost a lot of time and money to set up, and when the police manage to confront him, he gets taken down by the shooters and is nearly arrested until he manages to CurbStompBattle the ground officers. When he escapes, the shooters manage to land a hit on him and he's left nursing a horrible leg wound for the rest of the climax. ** Spider-Man never runs out of the web used for his web-shooters, ever. He also seems to be not concerned about cost even though they're experimental tech. This is particularly JustForFun/{{egregious}}, given that running out of web fluid at inopportune moments is one of Spidey's defining characteristics. Each cartridge holds several hundred meters of cable, which seems like a lot until you realize that even 500 meters translates into about 1600 feet or 160 story lengths of webbing (easily spent in a few swings going across the city). On the other hand, each cartridge is shown to be about the size of a MicroSD card so it may be that he easily carries a number of carts under the costume.
