* ''Comments:'' Goes beyond what one would expect with a Series/DoctorWho story. Though the present day scenes feature the Creator/PaulMcGann's Eighth Doctor operating solo, the flashback shows us the Creator/PeterDavison's Fifth Doctor traveling with Nyssa of Traken. And then we get a Shyamalan Twist towards the end. That's all you're getting if you haven't yet read it.

* ''Synopsis:'' When a young man witnesses a murder by decapitation (followed by an electrical disturbance), Toronto Homicide detectives join forces with a pair of FBI agents -- but one of the detectives is not himself, and the witness came to Toronto in secret with his not-so-human father... (Yes, that's right, a Series/ForeverKnight {{Crossover}} with Series/{{Highlander}}, Series/TheXFiles, Series/QuantumLeap, ''and'' Series/{{Starman}}!)

* ''Comments:'' Not only does the author manage to keep all five balls in the air, she does an excellent job of being true to the characters and their individual personalities. Smaller nods to other series also make appearances.

* ''Comments:'' A silly-sounding concept, maybe, but fun and very well-executed. The characterization for both shows is spot-on, and there are some very funny character moments, such as Steele thinking Nick is a vampire by connecting the situation to ''Film/{{Dracula}}''. Should be understandable even if you're not familiar with both shows.
