Despite his numerous appearances he is one of the few recurring characters who has not been released as a playable unit yet.

A high school actress with a thousand faces, belonging to the Yurakucho Entertainers. Each of the multicolored masks of her Sacred Artifact contains a different person's memories, the Rule contained therein allowing her to [[MasterActor re-enact any performance, no matter the circumstances]]. When playing a role, she exudes a strong stage presence, but beneath the mask lies her true face: detached, ephemeral. She was born for the fantasy of festivals, and illuminates the fictional stage of the App with brilliant, showy color. She has vowed to devote herself to her first, true fan.

A young boy carrying five sword Sacred Artifacts, one for each element, from which he has withdrawn memories. At times he is a swordsman, at others a tactician, calligrapher, educator, or a wanderer who rejects the very world. The memories of all five beings are known collectively as the legendary Demon Swordsman of the Land of Wa. After a certain accident renders the boy unconscious, the memories control his sleeping body in turns. Wishing to fight against strong sword wielders, he throws himself into App battles with the ferocity of a rogue samurai. He has traumatic memories of being washed away, and so runs away from baths at full speed.

A mountain spirit Transient incarnated in the shape of a bear. Due to unforeseen circumstances, he lost his Summoner. He currently belongs to the Arakawa Guild among other Stray Transients who have gathered in self-defense. In order to earn their keep, they do the dirty work commissioned by the Roppongi Guild. He cares deeply for his friends and holds good will toward anyone who would show compassion toward his friends.

A cyborg Transient from the world of Utopia, he was originally human, but has been modified and upgraded from the brain out. The name Algernon refers to both the Helmet he wears, which is actually his Sacred Artifact, and the name of his partner and manager; the cyborg himself is deeply mistrustful of others and has confided his real name to no one other than his partner. He despises dirt and disorder, and takes an active role in keeping his school clean and tidy. Outside of school, he moonlights as a very discriminating assassin for hire, only accepting jobs that contribute to keeping Tokyo's streets clean of garbage in an entirely different way.

A third-year student at Shinjuku Academy who can usually be found working as a librarian in the old building behind the school. As an avid bookworm with a particular interest in older texts, he himself proposed that he take charge of the school library, and since nobody else is enough of an eccentric to join him, he spends most of his time after class alone in his forest of dusty tomes. He entertains a wide range of solitary hobbies, including an interest in cooking, and is often seen carrying handmade sandwiches and other easy-to-eat foods into the library to enjoy while he reads. Although embarrassed to admit it, he also has a great passion for writing poetry, and maintains a deep respect for artists and creators whose genius went unrecognized by those around them. He is very close to a certain teacher responsible for the old school building.

This gigantic, Transient buffalo spirit hails from the world of the Great Spirit. A high school senior at Yoyogi Academy and captain of the football team, he is a bit of an airhead who takes everything at face value. Unbound by common sense, constantly running at full speed, and with no concept of personal space, he is regarded by those around him as a loveable oddball. Despite his flaws, however, he possesses strong leadership skills, earning him the affection and respect of his peers. Cheerful, openly friendly, yet with no shortage of weaknesses, he's surprisingly popular.

A Transient sumo wrestler with a dynamic and care-free attitude. When younger students ask him for help, he heartily agrees, making him quite popular at school. Back in the mountains of his home world, he lost to a certain man in a sumo match and chose to quit while he was ahead. Ever since, he has trained ceaselessly in sumo technique and honed his mind, body, and skill. As a result, he has come to be called the strongest in the nation, giving him the right to wear the Sacred Artifact of a Shinto Straw Festoon. He feels a strong empathy toward one born and raised in the mountains who presents a gloomy nature and a penchant for becoming attached.

An odd girl dressed in Gothic-Lolita style, who speaks in a prosey style. She's very selfish and lacking in decorum due to her inability to socialize normally, and treats her partner Jambavan like a servant. Sometimes her words are harsh, sometimes fierce, but more often her utterings are rather garbled, confusing those around her. She looks as though she came straight out of a fairytale. [[spoiler:She is a member of the app game's GM team in West Tokyo]].

This legendary delinquent leader hails from Umamichi Academy in Taito Ward. His passionate cries echo throughout the school on a daily basis, calling on its students to live their one and only youths to the fullest. He boasts an honorable, chivalrous, and spirited personality, and has garnered the trust of many of his schoolmates and teachers by rounding up the rowdy students of the academy and organizing them under a strict code of conduct. He has taken it upon himself to watch over his wayward underclassmen. At the same time, however, he can't conceal his hope that one day, someone who can surpass him will appear. While he seems invincible, mentioning his years held back seems to deal critical psychic damage.
