* BreakTheCutie: She was this when her depression kicked in after years of bullying. When Eiji meets her, it ignited a spark that lasted until she meets Akari, who was the source of her depression. When Eiji tells her her own words in chapter 2, she finally gets over what caused her depression and lowkey tells Akari [[TheDogBitesBack she doesn't gives a rat's ass about how the world sees her and Eiji anymore]].

* OnlyChildSyndrome: Chapter 24 reveals that Kino is an only child and wishes to have an older sister.

* SiblingsWanted: She wishes she had an older sister and views Nanako this way due to her OnlyChildSyndrome.
