* DidntThinkThisThrough: In probably one of the most unprofessional acts of such a high-ranking individual in the franchise, basically everything involving Spencer Williams and her son in Mexico completely and utterly drives her into an irrationally angry and ''violent'' series of impulsive events to get what she wants. It gets the entire Los Angeles branch of NCIS in deep trouble and nearly gets everyone kiled, and ultimately results in [[spoiler:the Mexican cartel putting a massive bounty on her head]], resulting in the character having to [[PutOnABus leave presumably permanently]].
