An alternate version of the original [[Series/KamenRider Takeshi Hongo]]. Much like the original TV series, he was a college biochemistry student, but he was captured by Shocker and underwent a procedure that turns him into a superpowered cyborg codenamed Hopper. After his encounter with Asuka Midorikawa and and her fiancé Katsuhiko Yano (later rechristened as "Hayato Ichimonji" by Shocker), he reclaims his sense of humanity and later join forces with Hayato to destroy Shocker. He makes his return in Kamen Rider Zi-O Final Stage.

An alternate version of the original [[Series/KamenRider Hayato Ichimonji]]. Unlike the original series, his lore was rewritten. Initially, Hayato was a Shocker operative who has an uncanny resemblance to Katsuhiko Yano, one of Shocker's victims. He fights as the second Hopper and served as Takeshi Hongo's enemy before he later becomes Hongo's ally. He makes his return in Kamen Rider Zi-O Final Stage.

An alternate version of the original [[Series/KamenRider Hayato Ichimonji]]. Unlike the original series, his lore was rewritten. Formerly known as Katsuhiko Yano, he was killed by the Shocker Inhumanoid Spider, with his body recovered and turned into a cyborg like Hongo, and renamed "Hayato Ichimonji". Initially served as Hongo's enemy, he later becomes Hongo's ally. He makes his return in Kamen Rider Zi-O Final Stage.

* NotSoDifferent: Daiki compares him to Geiz in ''NEXT TIME'', asking if he became a Rider unaware of the consequences that would follow. His response?

* NotSoDifferent: He acts as a foil to both Geiz and Tsukuyomi in the Den-O arc by his actions and reasoning. He also traveled to the past to kill Sougo to stop him from gaining unrivalled power and becoming the greatest and worst demon lord but will work with Sougo for the greater good like early series Geiz, believing Grand Zi-O's powers is too much for a single person to handle and Sougo will be corrupted by them just like why mid series Tsukuyomi turned on Sougo.

A (handsome!!) genius physicist, who fought as Kamen Rider Build against Evolt, an extraterresial being trying to devour Earth. Because of Evolt's machinations, his appearance is similar to the band LYNKS' lead man, Taro Satou. As the person who defeated Evolt, he remembers all about Build's old world.

* CompositeCharacter: As a result of the timeline alterations caused by Sougo claiming Build's powers, he goes by his original name Takumi Katsuragi but still has Sento's friendlier personality and the appearance of Taro Satou. Episode 2.5 pretty openly admits that this doesn't make a lot of sense[[note]]"Sento Kiryu" as we know him only existed because of the events of ''Kamen Rider Build'', i.e. Evolt erasing Katsuragi's memories and giving him Satou's face[[/note]], but tells the viewers [[BellisariosMaxim not to worry about it]].

!!Ryuga Banjou[=/=]Kamen Rider Cross-Z

Sento's partner, a clueless offspring of Evolt who chooses to fight for humanity as Kamen Rider Cross-Z. Just like Sento, he remembers everything about Build's old world.

One of the victims of brainwashing by Evolt's Skywall, as well as one of Faust enforcers, codenamed Night Rogue. After repenting, he aided Sento and co to defeat the alien as Kamen Rider Rogue. His memories of the old world return in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER''.
