''NEXT TIME'' shows that his death being averted was one of the changes that stuck after [[spoiler:Sougo hit the ResetButton in the finale]].

* DontAsk: Refuses to answer Daiki's question of whether or not he was aware of the consequences that would ensue for him becoming Kaixa in this manner during the events of ''NEXT TIME''.

While this implies Takumi's death in ''Kamen Rider 4'' was also been undone, the aforementioned potential YourDaysAreNumbered would be put back in play as a result, restoring his ambiguous fate.

* KilledOffForReal: His final fate in ''Zi-O Vs Decade'' is to be beaten badly by Ohma Zi-O and dissolve into light. However, with his death, he restores the timelines of all the alternate Sougos, just like he did for the AR Worlds in his own series. With Woz mentioning that Zi-O and Decade would cross paths once more, it's unlikely that his death will stick.

A (handsome!!) genius physicist, who fought as Kamen Rider Build against Evolto, an extraterresial being trying to devour Earth. Because of Evolto's machinations, his appearance is similar to the band LYNKS' lead man, Taro Satou. As the person who defeated Evolto, he remembers all about Build's old world.

* VillainRespect: After being defeated, Daido praises [[spoiler:Sougo for using the power of the Trinity Ridewatch and Eternal's own Maximum Drive against him to destroy the Another Worlds and defeat him]], calling it a clever plan and gives him a thumbs up as he fades away.

* RippleEffectProofMemory: Presumably due to his role as a DimensionalTraveler and pseudo-GuardianOfTheMultiverse, Tsukasa is unaffected by the changes Sougo's adventures have caused, including having the knowledge and powers of Riders who've already been [[RetGone retconned]] like Build and Wizard. And he gets to keep the Decade powers even after giving Sougo the Decade Ridewatch. This is because he only gave it half his powers. So when Swartz takes away the other half, the Ridewatch is still able to RePower him.

** A PlayedForLaughs version also occurs at the end of #14 where he snaps a photo of Sougo that ''isn't'' horribly distorted like the pictures he took in his own series. [[RunningGag But something bad still happens to Sougo soon afterwards]], so he's not ''that'' much more badass. However his pictures are distorted again in 41, due to the timeline being altered.

* AllPowerfulBystander: By his own accounts, Tsukasa could simply destroy the world at any time if he wanted to, but he only sits on the sidelines to observe if Sougo will truly go on that path. Indeed, once he actually fights, he's almost always guaranteed to win, [[spoiler: and Swartz actively causes an unavoidable calamity just to draw him out and take his powers for himself.]] [[spoiler: Then the final Rider Time special reveals that this is also a [[SubvertedTrope subversion]], since not even his [[SuperForm Complete 21 Form]] can defeat [[WorldsStrongestMan Oma Zi-O.]] [[CurbStompCushion A weakened one at that.]]]]

* DragonWithAnAgenda: He plays this role to the Time Jackers in his first appearance, helping them as hired muscle for a string of four episodes while also laying the groundwork for a plan of his own. What exactly he has in mind isn't revealed at that time, but it appears to involve playing StealthMentor to Zi-O, since Tsukasa's annoyed when Sougo gives up his belt, willingly handed over the Decade Ridewatch to help empower him, and set Heure up to create Another Ryuga, an opponent Sougo would ''only'' be able to overcome by gaining the power of Zi-O II. [[spoiler:He was also ''driving'' the bus that killed Sougo and Hiryu's parents when it crashed thus also meeting Swartz choosing Sougo to be Zi-O.]]

* GuardianOfTheMultiverse: Tsukasa plays this role now, traveling through the worlds and [[spoiler:destroying any that become a threat to the multiverse]].

Giving away his Ridewatch doesn't cause him to lose his powers, he can time travel without a Time Mazine by making dimensional gates to "the world of the past", and he can freely remember and transform into Riders whose powers and histories were erased by Zi-O. It's not explicitly shown whether or not his copied Rider powers can destroy the matching Another Riders, but Tsukasa's killed unkillable things before. * TookALevelInBadass: While Decade himself was pretty awesome, his return in Zi-O has him use the Neo Decadriver, a magenta colored version of the Decadriver that grants him access to all the Heisei era riders before Zi-O, [[spoiler:but later revealed in ep 47 that he can '''transform into Zi-O''' now, and that it only took ''half'' his powers to create the Decade Ridewatch]]. In addition to that, he's grown past the need for form changes, being able to use the Flame Saber while still in Agito Ground Form, or water attacks when still in Wizard Flame Style. Putting all that aside, his base form is now much more powerful, completely curbstomping Geiz and Zi-O in one on one fights. Even when Zi-O used his upgrade form (combining the Decade armor with the Build Ride Watch), base form Tsukasa had no problem mopping the floor with him. He later battles Another Zi-O II and seems to at least be comparable to Geiz Revive. Using the other forms is actually a physical downgrade now and he seems to use them for their special abilities more than anything else. [[spoiler: When he transforms into Zi-O's base form against Another Zi-O, it's also much more powerful than Sougo's version, holding his own against Another Zi-O when Grand Zi-O is the only form Zi-O has that's definitively more powerful than it.]]

Subverted as even divided, his powers have grown strong enough that the closest he's come to losing a fair fight was against Another Zi-O II, who is powerful enough that only Grand Zi-O was guaranteed to beat him. If he had access to his full power, his base form would likely be comparable to Violent Emotion.]]

The Treasure Sniper, "hired" by White Woz to steal back his Woz Miridewatch. [[spoiler:In actuality, he is an agent of Ohma Zi-O, who hired him for purposes unknown.]]

[[spoiler:Later, after Grand Zi-O defeats Hiryu Kakogawa in the alternate timeline where the latter replaces Ohma Zi-O, he obtains the Anotherwatch for Zi-O II, and later becomes Another Zi-O II]].

* BadGuysDoTheDirtyWork: A non-lethal version. At first glance, the Zi-O/Zi-O II Anotherwatch appears to be indestructible by conventional means, so the Zi-O II arc wraps up with Kaito taking the Anotherwatch as one of his treasures. [[spoiler:Subverted in episode 47 after the Zi-O II Anotherwatch takes control of Kaito, Sougo and Tsukasa work to together to defeat Another Zi-O II and finally destroy the watch for good.]]
