He's been secretly enabling Petsounds and Kiyohara to attack civilians out of believing them to be useful, and sees Thoth as his ticket to controlling the future.

The younger cousin of Noriaki, Ryoko is a recent high school graduate who misses her cousin dearly after his death in Egypt. When she encounters Tohth during one of her visits to Noriaki's grave, she takes the book in a effort to finally figure out the circumstances of his demise.

* InSeriesNickname: Her Tohth counterpart calls herself "Ryon-Ryon".
* NotSoStoic: She comes off as cool and composed to most people she meets, but just as many call her out on maintaining that facade (with even Tohth saying she hasn't mentally aged past 7). Her true personality comes out when Noriaki is involved.

* KnifeNut: Vittorio's signature weapon is his dagger which he uses to reflect attack, but he prefers to slice himself and reflect the damage into an opponent.

* AnimalStereotypes: The parrot's stand makes its victims repeat old memories, much like parrots repeat heard dialogue.

* BrainwashedAndCrazy: Invoked by Petsounds's Stand. It attacks people from afar by stuffing their bodies with punch cards, which then control them to reenact memories of DIO against their will. The victims are fully aware of what's happening, but they are powerless to stop themselves.
* FightingDownMemoryLane: The parrot's punch cards MindRape their host into living out an old memory of DIO. When used on Hol Horse, it makes him live out the moment he was about to shoot DIO.
* MythologyGag: Petsounds is likely a reference to the unnamed parrot seen with DIO early in the original ''Stardust Crusaders'' manga, which never showed up again and was fully replaced with Pet Shop in the anime.

A parrot formerly belonging to Pet Shop's original owner, who was murdered after trying to escape from DIO. Hol Horse is tasked with returning it to the owner's mother. Being trained alongside Pet Shop, it had awakened to its Stand, which can manifest punch card strips that take over its target, forcing them to act according to previous events involving DIO.

A 17-year old Italian girl who has issues controlling her stand, The Cure. Named after Music/TheCure, it is a rabbit that can heal physical wounds, illness and emotional distress, growing bigger as it does so. If it absorbs too much pain it goes berserk, and grows stronger the more it is damaged.

* DePowered: Pucci steals back Bad Romance from her when he realizes she is more likely to help and worship Jolyne than to stop her. Well, that and because she was drawing Jolyne as religious figures. Which did ''not'' please the priest.

A Passione hitman whose existence is known by only a few in the organization. He specializes in assassinating stand users and is known as the "Stand Killer." He is retired by the start of the story, but accepts a job from Sogliola so he can face off against Mista. His stand is Public Image Limited, which he integrates with a sniper rifle bullet. Once the bullet hits a Stand user, it absorbs energy on contact. The more successful shots, the more energy it can store, allowing Rigatoni to possibly quadruple its speed and increase its damage and penetration.

* EdibleThemeNaming: "Rigatoni" are a kind of pasta.
* MageKiller: His ''Public Image Limited'' is the perfect weapon to hunt down other Stand Users.

A Passione capo who is ordered by Diavolo to execute Bucciarati's group. His Stand is Joy Division, which can swap objects he touches with his right and left hands.
