The younger cousin of Noriaki, Ryoko is a recent high school graduate who misses her cousin dearly after his death in Egypt. When she encounters Thoth during one of her visits to Noriaki's grave, she takes the book in a effort to finally figure out the circumstances of his demise.

* ItsAllMyFault: She blames herself for Noriaki's fate, as he turned into a villain during a family trip to Egypt where she got lost. He protected her from the flesh bud that DIO was about to infect her with by taking it on himself.
* NotSoStoic: She comes off as cool and composed to most people she meets, but just as many call her out on maintaining that facade (with even Thoth saying she hasn't mentally aged past 7). Her true personality comes out when Noriaki is involved.

A servant of DIO, Dija is the primary antagonist of the real-world event ''JoJo's Bizarre Escape: The Hotel''. He is the proprietor of Hotel Haboob, an inn the Joestar Group checks into, and uses it as a trap to potentially kill them within the next hour. He prides himself on his ability to keep his hands clean, reflected in his Stand's ability to work remotely.

* AintTooProudToBeg: When Joseph is about to destroy his stand, he begs him to stop as his twisted hobby is everything to him.

An original character introduced in the ''Manga/StoneOcean'' one-shot spinoff ''Fujiko's Bizarre Worldly Wisdom -- Whitesnake's Miscalculation''. She is a Japanese-born inmate at Green Dolphin Street Prison who sells erotica art to other inmates. Upon noticing her talent, Whitesnake granted her the Stand disc of Bad Romance by Whitesnake, which allows her to control the mental state of those who she gives a drawing to.

Bad Romance is named after the Music/LadyGaga song, "Bad Romance".

* BerserkButton: According to Pucci, stopping her from drawing. She's in prison because she stabbed her landlord to death after he (in good faith) told her to quit drawing and go to a university.

Instead, Fujiko's mood was ''so'' inspired by Jolyne's positive feedback that she started to portray her in ''religious artwork'', which is ''blasphemous'' to Pucci, ''a priest''.
* IDidntMeanToTurnYouOn: This is what her power was doing to Jolyne. It's unclear whether Fujiko herself knew this happening.

* BlindWeaponmaster: Petsounds wears a falconer hood covering its eyes, but it doesn't seem to slow the parrot down nor lower its capability to be a Stand user.
* BondCreatures: [[spoiler:Because it's still an animal, Petsounds' willpower is limited and to record all of the events requires all of its mind, thus limiting its actual usage to manifest its Stand. As such, Karaiya links himself to Petsounds to be able to use its Stand to full effect.]]

** Since Petsounds' Stand's Ability forces the victim's mind to relive a past event, a surefire way to break free from it is to render yourself unconscious; in Chapter 11, Josuke manages to break himself and Boingo free from Petsounds' influence by strangling their own necks with ropes.

A university student that took advantage of the chaos of the subway incident. Armed with a crossbow, he shoots down multiple civillians while they're under Petsounds' control.

The BigBad of the story. A police officer at Morioh's local precinct, he secretly holds a deep-seated hatred for humanity and wants to transcend them, inspired by his vampiric grandfather's devotion to [[Characters/JoJosBizarreAdventureKars Kars]]. He's been secretly enabling Petsounds and Kiyohara to attack civilians out of believing them to be useful, and sees Thoth as his ticket to controlling the future.

* InTheBack: Karaiya tried to attack Josuke from behind after he managed to break out of Petsounds' illusion. It doesn't work and Karaiya gets clocked in the face by Crazy Diamond.

* PaperTiger: While he has access to Petsounds' Stand, he's almost impossible to confront directly. However, after Josuke finds out his WeaksauceWeakness and uses Crazy Diamond to extract Karaiya's earlobe out of Petsounds, he becomes little more than a helpless man in a Stand user's presence.
