* OutOfFocus: Jerma explained that the reason Otto hasn't been in any recent videos is because of Otto's epilepsy, and the camera might trigger seizures. Otto's last appearance on the channel was in 2013, though he has reappeared after getting his medical issues sorted out.
* MoralityPet: Since 2017, Otto has served as one of the few people that Jerma will absolutely not harm in any fashion, and he consistently demonstrates the softer sides of his personality around him.
