* RatedMForManly: Fergus's myth sounds like the plot of an R-rated action film--overloaded with violence and sex to boot.

* PowerCreep: As one of the first 5* Servants in the game, her vanilla skillset and low stats and hit-count made her inferior amongst her peers. Many later 5* Sabers could either do the same things better, or were much better suited to their respective niches. The only thing she had going on was her high [=AoE=] damage after her first NP upgrade, but even her 4* Alter and Lily variants could deal better damage for lower cost. Alter form who is a rarity lower than her could beat her damage output for a lower cost. She had to wait until the tenth Rank Up Campaign to receive another upgrade, three long years after her debut. Said upgrade gave her an NP Charge skill, which significantly improved her performance as a farming Servant. The Fifth Anniversary would eventually buff her Mana Burst skill into Dragon Reactor Core, which makes Altria one of the more consistent Busters Servants.

* InTheHood: When he appears in Lostbelt 6.5: Traum, he initially hides most of his face and armor inside of an AllEncompassingMantle and an eye-obscuring hood.

* PeekABangs: Her bangs no longer cover both of her eyes now that she's a bit more rational now.

* SheCleansUpNicely: A bit funny, given that her original outfit is a wedding dress-like BattleBallgown, but definitely there. Said gown was still awkwardly fit, her hair was perpetually a mess, and she always looked awkward in her original pose. Here, without the Berserker class robbing her of reason, she's gotten her hair under far more control (taking it more into artful PeekABangs territory now) and her outfit, though a bit revealing due to being a swimsuit, is a lot more sensibly arranged for her circumstances; she also looks a lot more composed, and of course has the requisite agility and form for a Saber. The end result of it all makes her drop-dead gorgeous.

* HiddenDepths: He's a certified [[TheAntiNihilist Anti-Nihilist]], who has pointed out that its not that human beings dying is the point of living, but making a worthwhile life to make the most of it.

* TheAntiNihilist: Young Fergus gives one hell of a speech to [[spoiler:Scheherazade about how life is that much sweeter when facing the inevitability of death. That it's okay to live in fear of death as everyone does in someway. He then points out that if she lives every single moment in overwhelming fear of death to the point of being unable to enjoy anything, how is she any different from being dead? He then demands that they smile, since that should be easy seeing as they have the strength to destroy the world]]. He loses a couple of points as he now experiencing the libido of his grown self in his younger body, but it's still a good speech.

* InternalReveal: In his lines towards Gareth and Percival, who became summonable long after the Camelot Singularity, he reveals to them [[spoiler:that he's not PHH Bedivere and what happened int he Camelot Singularity]] offscreen.

** While it was never clear if Bedivere was missing an arm when he was alive like many legends portray him since he always appears with two arms before and after his debut in ''FGO'', including showing him with Airgetlám, the Material book for ''LightNovel/LordElMelloiIICaseFiles'' states that the arm he is seen with is an artificial one created by a blacksmith he wears when attending ceremonies.

* BoringButPractical: Elisabeth's Saber form is one of the more derided welfare Servants due to the heavy cost associated with Legend of Crimson Heroine for a randomly chosen effect. Most players opt to ignore them entirely, turning her into a 2-skill Servant. Despite this, Elisabeth meets the bare minimum that makes her a good servant overall which makes her a solid pick for the rare Single-Target Saber role. Her Saber deck cardset is extremely optimized with slightly above average Arts cards and 4-hit Quick cards and a 5-hit Extra Atack which allows her to produce a decent chunk of Critical Stars and NP Charge in a proper Brave Chain, and if required, she can activate her defensive skills aggressively to charge her NP Gauge. Her ATK is high for an SR Saber, her Single-Target Noble Phantasm ignores DEF, on top of being easy to upgrade to [=NP5=], ensuring her to have fantastic damage output. Defensively, her Mana Burst (Courage) offer as DEF buff for a turn, and she has access to an invulnerability skill, a rarity amongst Sabers. As a whole, nothing is really wrong with Elisabeth, her stats are fantastic, her Star Drop Rate is great, she has good burst damage potential, she's free, and she's decently durable with a coveted hard survival skill.

* CrutchCharacter: She was the second Saber event welfare Servant, and the only one currently to be a single target Buster Saber at that. With how rare that combo is, this made her a strong character for free-to-play players or players with poor luck, especially given her easily obtainable copies. However, due to the impracticality of her third skill, and the slowly increasing number of her type, she looses her edge as a unit, especially if someone acquires Bedivere, who has a much more useful kit and can also be maxed out. She still has her uses, but her out of date kit and time mean she sees less usage for many, especially since she comes from an event that many players may have skipped on and thus will now be [[TemporaryOnlineContent unobtainable]].

* RandomEffectSpell: Her Legend of Crimson Heroine skill. At the cost of 100% NP gauge, it gives one random buff out of these five buffs (Invincibility/Heal/ATK Up/Drop Critical Stars/Self Buster Up). It's basically her second NP!

* SpectacularSpinning: When she's not throwing her sword or just running at the target point-first, Braze Elisabeth's go-to swordplay is to swing her arm rapidly to spin her blade into her target.

* WhipItGood: The Sword of Mars can be used like a whip for mid-range attacks, which was first seen in her playable appearance in ''Fate/Extella'' and was then implemented into Grand Order in an animation update for her.

** His Military Tactics skill was buffed via Strengthen Quest to now provide a slight boost in NP damage, but also giving everyone a three turn NP Gain buff that scales to around thirty percent. This makes him a useful supporter and also helps him with throwing his NP out quickly as well.

** His skills all have a one-turn duration, and with the exception of Tactics their primary effects (NP battery and party [=DEF=] boosting) don't scale at all with skill leveling... or, if you look at it another way, Bedivere's one of the easiest Servants in the game to raise if you can get enough copies to fully upgrade his NP since two of his three skills are heavily front-loaded and can be readily left alone, meaning a Master is free to invest those resources in other characters without much affecting his excellent workhorse performance as a budget Buster nuker.
